Great location. The metro is 1-minute walk, as well as supermarkets and cafes. The staff were very friendly and responsive in the chat, and also helped to order a taxi after the checkout
Initially, my 2-night booking didn't include breakfast. As soon as I checked in (around 6am), I paid for breakfast for that day right away. I came down for breakfast about 40 minutes later, but I was told I hadn't paid. I wasn't marked in the system, and the staff hadn't been informed, plus the shift had already changed by then. It was unclear how to prove I'd paid without being able to ask the staff from the earlier shift, who had already left. It was quite frustrating and left a bad impression. In the end, the next day, when I asked whether the previous shift had confirmed my payment, I was told yes.
A few other minor issues: the soundproofing wasn't great, you could hear neighbors walking around and street noise in the evening. Also, a kettle in the room would be a nice addition

Die Lage sehr gut. Der Tages Portier sehr aufmerksam und freundlich, Frühstücksangebot sehr gut.
Der Nachtportier am Anreisetag sehr unfreundlich. Klimaanlagen Ansaugöffnung hing einseitig lose. Dusch Schampo leer. Fußboden waren noch Haar und Staubreste.
Für ca. 140€ pro Nacht erwarte ich eine bessere Leistung.
Hotel has a great location in the city centre. It is very well reachable by public transport.
Poor air condition in the room. Very bad water pressure in the shower, almost impossible to take a shower (either very hot or ice cold, nothing in between)
A hotel elhelelyezkedése tökéletes volt, a recepcion nagyon segítőkészek voltak. Szoba mérete megfelelő.
A fő probléma az volt, hogy a falak nagyon vékonyak, mindent hallani lehetett illetve mivel a takarítók szobája mellett voltam, nagyon gyakori volt az ajtocsapódás, hangoskodas mar reggel 6-kor is. Emellett hasznos lett volna a szobában egy mini hűtő és vizforralo (kettle).
