De la ubicación.

Cons:

La atención de la primera recepcionista fue decepcionante. Inicialmente no encontraba mi reserva y su actitud me hizo sentir juzgada y poco bienvenida. El trato fue frío, distante y falto de educación. Una vez localizada la reserva, tampoco mostró ninguna disculpa ni empatía por el malentendido. Acudí al establecimiento para disfrutar de unos días de descanso, sin esperar privilegios ni un trato especial, pero sí un recibimiento correcto y profesional. Lamentablemente, no fue así.
