La cama era bastante cómoda y el espacio es muy amplio

Cons:

Los ollas que me dieron estaban un poco sucias, se nota que las ponen en una máquina lavaplatos y ya, no se fijan que estén 100% limpios.

En la primera noche encontré una pequeña larva en la cama.

El personal no me ayudó nunca con mis maletas, ni a la llegada ni a la salida, e iba claramente muy encartada. Tal vez no es parte del servicio pero creo que es lo mínimo que un hotel debería tener

Günstiger Preis, Badewanne, Snackautomat in der Lobby.

Cons:

Obwohl als Nichtraucherzimmer ausgewiesen lag ein deutlicher Rauchgeruch in der Luft. Das Interieur ist stark gebraucht. Im Nachbarhaus befindet sich ein Discounter (Kaufland) - entsprechende Geräuschkulisse bis in die späten Abendstunden. Wir haben als Paar ein Zimmer mit zwei einzelnen Betten zugeordnet bekommen. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns ein Zimmer mit Doppelbett nur mit Aufpreis angeboten.

Es gibt kostenlose Parkplätze in den Straßen um das Hotel herum.

Cons:

Die Ausstattung ist extrem veraltet und lieblos. Neben der Badewanne war ein Abfluss, der extrem gerochen hat, die Neonröhre im Bad hat geflackert. Der Teppich war dreckig und hat ebenfalls gerochen.

Bardzo komfortowy pobyt
Pros:

To mój ulubiony hotel w Lipsku z powodu przestronnych pokoi, aneksu kuchennego w każdej opcji zakwaterowania i położenia w cichej, zielonej dzielnicy. Prosty dojazd do centrum linią tramwajową, Kaufland i inne sklepy w bezpośrednim sąsiedztwie hotelu. Pokoje przestronne i bardzo komfortowo urządzone: duża szafa, w łazience dużo miejsca na kosmetyki, pomysłowe rozwiązania oświetleniowe, duże, puchate poduszki, duże lustra w pokoju i przedpokoju. Przy umywalce i w kabinie prysznicowej łagodny, nawilżający kosmetyk 3 w 1.

Cons:

Niestety, pokoje ewidentnie są sprzątane bardzo powierzchownie. Wierzch lampy i półka z czajnikiem i kawiarką w aneksie kuchennym dosłownie lepią się od brudu. Samą kawiarkę strach dotknąć, zresztą i tak nie ma dzbanka, więc nie nadaje się do użytku. W łazience zwiesza się zakurzona pajęczyna. Przy brzegach brodzika czarne ślady grzyba / pleśni. Pokój z pewnością wymaga gruntownego wysprzątania, nie tylko odkurzenia. Sztućce i naczynia dostępne w recepcji po zapłaceniu depozytu. Rozumiem przyczyny takiego rozwiązania, ale to i tak dziwny pomysł w hotelu, gdzie pokoje mają aneksy kuchenne. Gość przyjeżdża i jedynym naczyniem w pokoju okazuje się kubek do mycia zębów. Duży minus za brak firanek: okno wychodzi na taras, po którym goście mogą swobodnie chodzić - brak firanek to duży dyskomfort.

Leipzig ist schön und eine Reise wert: aber bitte nie in so einer Unterkunft!
Pros:

Externes Restaurant (für Frühstück und auch Abendessen) sehr positiv. Vom miesen Hotel klar und deutlich sehr positiv abgegrenzt.

Cons:

Zimmer letztklassig. In allen meinen mehr als 70 Jahren und bei reger Reisetätigkeit hatte ich noch nie so ein unglaublich abgewohntes, schmutziges, übelriechendes Zimmer. Ich bin fassungslos über so eine miese Qualität (alles - was sichtbar ist - mit Fotos dokumentiert). Unter anderem zerrissene, übel riechende Vorhänge, Schimmel im Bad, obwohl gebucht/bezahlt 'Küche' nicht benutzbar: null Geschirr vorhanden ('Korb' um 15 Euro Einsatz mit jeweils 2 Tellern, Häferln und unbrauchbaren Töpfen aber ohne Gläse etc 'verfügbar') nochmals: keine Trinkgläser (Empfehlung: müssen halt Zahnputzgläser (zB als Weingläser) benutzen, wir haben im Hotel keine Gläser verfügbar)...Kästen und Kasterln leer und desolat, Sprünge in den Wänden, ...unglaublich! Detaillierter Bericht geht an internationale Geschäftsleitung und Booking.com. (weiteres Beispiel einer inadäquaten Managementleistung: trotz deutlich sichtbarem Hinweis, dass der Zimmertresor gratis benützbar ist, wollte man 20 Euro, sonst gibt's keinen Schlüssel)
