Room was decent and clean.

Cons:

Even though I had reservation, I had to wait in hallway with two other guests for our rooms to be ready. I waited for about 90 minutes even though I arrived after normal check-in time for room to be ready. This has happened last several times I have stated there. They have one couple taking care of 92 room motel. Granted, all rooms are not empty at same time but think they need more staff. And, I don't like idea of when cleaning staff knocks on door and they don't get an answer that they try to open door anyway. Plus, it used to be one could tell what this couple's routine was and what days and time they would knock asking if you needed anything. Now they knock anywhere from 9:00am to 8:00pm on any given day. I am one where if I need something, I will ask for it. Their knocking is their way of checking to see if your room is messy and out of place. First time they knocked on my door number of stays ago, I told them I did not need anything thru door because I was not fully dressed. He opened door anyway and as he did he announced "I'm coming in". Not greatest way of conducting business. Fortunately, he has gotten somewhat better.

cheap and "okay" in a pinch

I liked that it was close to six flags great America (about a 10 minute drive away) and seemed to be in a decent location with a few different food options within just a couple minutes drive. and the staff was decently friendly.

Cons:

it smelled of smoke in the rooms even tho they were posted as no smoking, parts of the hotel looked quite run down and not taken care of. and you could hear people blaring music and other people's kids screaming and crying at all hours of the night. also had drunk people just hangingnout in the parking lot and a guy threatening to kill his wife out in the parking lot.
we also had booked 2 rooms. and they turned off and canceled the key to one of our rooms a couple hours before checkout time.
also the light in the room was on some sort of timer or something and would just shut off on its own.
No amenities at all.

Véhicules garés toute la nuit sous le porche, impossible de décharger les valises devant l'accueil, odeurs à vomir de tabac froid dans les couloirs, odeur d'humidité et de renfermé dans la chambre, draps tachés, pas de petit dejeuners.
Au moins 10 clients mécontents le même soir.

Établissement à fermer! Surtout à ce tarif!
