A very nice hotel in the old town center
Pros:

Everything was fine. You can choose from the menu for breakfast. Breakfast is then prepared while you wait. Given that it was off-season (January 2026), it is understandable that they do not offer a buffet breakfast. The staff were very helpful, both at reception and in the restaurant.
Fitness and wellness facilities are currently (January 2026) located outside the hotel building. The reception told me that it was a few minutes' walk away, but in the end I didn't use it during my stay and visited various fitness centers in the city instead.

Cons:

The sound insulation between rooms isn't really the best, but it's manageable.

Яке щастя знову бачити Bristol відкритим! Я з таким нетерпінням чекала на його повернення – і мої очікування справдилися на всі 100%!
Ще з порогу нас зустріли з тією самою щирою теплотою й гостинністю, яка робить Bristol неперевершеним. Весь колектив – неймовірний, привітний, як завжди професійний. Цього разу особливий привіт службі безпеки за делікатність і турботу. Ваш жест, коли ви відкрили для мене двері готелю та провели з валізою до авто, залишив по собі дуже теплий слід.
Неймовірно, але у перші ж дні після відкриття готель був повністю заповнений! У холі повно гостей, відбувались якісь заходи…
А сніданки… це не просто смачно. Це щоранку маленьке гастрономічне свято. Вишукано, з душею, з любов’ю до деталей – як завжди на висоті.

Щиро дякуємо за теплий прийом і, за те, що ви знову з нами. До нової зустрічі вже цієї зими!

Pros:

The staff at the Bristol took excellent care of us. This is a beautiful old world hotel, unmatched in Odesa, unique anywhere. Nice pool on the top level.
