L’hôtel est bien situé et la chambre était agréable. J’ai également apprécié les produits Nuxe mis à disposition dans la salle de bain.
Le principal point négatif a été la literie : j’ai passé une très mauvaise nuit à cause du lit qui fessait un bruit particulièrement inconfortable, au point que cela a réellement perturbé mon sommeil. À cela s’est ajoutée la déception concernant la piscine. J’avais choisi cet hôtel notamment pour pouvoir me détendre et en profiter pleinement, mais elle a été inaccessible toute la journée alors que j’avais justement prévu d’y passer une bonne partie de mon temps. Sur un séjour de seulement deux nuits, ces deux éléments ont forcément beaucoup impacté mon expérience. Heureusement, la personne présente à la réception le mercredi matin a été très à l’écoute et a parfaitement compris ma déception.

Unica notte prenotata non c’era la possibilità di usufruire della piscina (era stata un aspetto che mi aveva fatto selezionare quell’hotel in un periodo così caldo) e non sono stata cosata per tempo. Avrei potuto cancellare prenotazione e scegliere altro con la piscina.
Nei corridoi rimanevano i vassoi della colazione servita nelle camere fino al tardo pomeriggio dando idea di sporco
