Chambre confortable

Cons:

Coupure d’électricité en rentrant le soir à l’hôtel (ce qui peut arriver surtout avec la canicule), mais des personnes zonaient dans et devant l’entrée de l’hôtel, impossible de joindre quelqu’un et personne à la réception. Impossible de prendre l’ascenseur et porte de chambre s’ouvrant avec une carte. Nous avons eu peur et fait part le lendemain matin de notre expérience au personnel qui n’a pas su nous donner de réponse ni de dédommagement. Gestion très problématique et nous ne nous sommes pas du tout senties entendues et sécurisées.

La gentillesse du personnel

Cons:

Au vu des températures très élevées pendant ce séjour, nous avons subis plusieurs coupures de courant qui ont paralysé tous les équipements. Étant logé au 4ème étage et avec un enfant de 3 ans, cela a été très compliqué à gérer.

Petit déjeuner buffet très varié et délicieux. Personnel très serviable et accueillant, mention spéciale au personnel présent pour le petit déjeuner 👍

Cons:

Dommage que la canicule ait provoqué des coupures de courant de plusieurs heures pendant notre séjour, donc un mauvais fonctionnement de la climatisation.
Ce n’est toutefois nullement imputable au personnel.

Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience at this property. My stay was very disappointing because of the power outage, the air conditioning problem, and the poor reception service. Two of the reception staff were not helpful and did not speak English, which made the situation even more diffic

Cons:

There was a power outage when I arrived, and I had to wait for a long time. After the electricity problem was solved, nobody informed me that I could check in, even though I was sitting in front of the reception. At night, the air conditioning was not working properly, and I could not sleep well because of the heat. The service and communication at reception were very poor.

location is very good: 10 minutes walk to part-dieu station, less than 10 minutes walk to the river
