Excellent séjour au Mercure Lyon !

L’hôtel est très bien situé, à proximité du Consulat de Roumanie où nous avions des démarches à effectuer, et à seulement quelques minutes à pied du centre commercial Westfield Part-Dieu.

Le petit-déjeuner est excellent, avec un choix très varié. Le personnel est particulièrement agréable, accueillant et compétent, toujours prêt à rendre service.

Mention spéciale pour la chambre King Privilège, qui a largement contribué à la qualité de notre séjour !

Le rapport qualité-prix est vraiment très bon. Une très belle expérience, et je reviendrai sans hésiter lors de mon prochain passage à Lyon !

Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour cet accueil !

Un hôtel au top
Pros:

Le calme de la chambre, la chambre famille top.
L’espace fitness, la piscine ont fait partie des activités de famille.
Le petit déjeuner est incroyable.
Le personnel a été aux petits soins avec nous.
Nous avons passé un superbe moment dans cet établissement. Nous regarderons volontiers s’il est disponible lors d’un prochain séjour à Lyon.

Cons:

S’il faut trouver un point négatif….
Peut-être ajouter un faux-plafonds dans le couloir qui mène à la piscine lorsque l’on emprunte les escaliers depuis la réception. Ceci pour cacher l’isolation.

Ottimo albergo in posizione strategica
Pros:

Hotel in linea con gli standard della catena Mercure. Ottimi prodotti da bagno, frigo bar incluso con prodotti interessanti.
Lodevole la disponibilità di bottiglie in vetro e distributori di acqua (liscia e frizzante) ad ogni piano.
Camera molto ampia e letto confortevole.
Posizione raggiungibile a piedi dalla stazione (collegata all'aeroporto) e comunque a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro.

Cons:

Qualche piccolo segno del tempo nel mobilio.
