Cockroaches in the room, they were unclean. I’d recommend finding a different place to stay. I was here for two nights and had to leave before my last day, due to finding cockroaches crawling around when I got back to my room.

Was a good stay. Room was a little smaller than expected but still nice and clean. I thought the beds were going to be queens but they were just full size.

Super 8 by Wyndham in Denton was not super. The first room they gave us had a toilet that wouldn't flush and a broken air conditioner. The hotel was hot and smelled like mold. The non-smoking rooms smelled like mold, cigarette smoke, and a sweaty gym locker room. The sheets were stained and there were cigarette holes in the bedding in all the rooms we tried. The last room had four roaches on the walls when we walked in. I killed them, but when I went into the restroom and a huge roach flew at me and landed on my arm, I knew I couldn't stay. The front desk asked if I wanted to try another room, but I requested a refund. It was almost midnight and I knew I would rather sleep in my car.

This place is dirty and has bugs. Found public hairs in tub and on toilet. Our room was not clean and we were disgusted by it.

Booked this hotel for an employee. First time he ever called to complain about a room. Cockroach in the tub.

The air conditioner had no thermostat. Just high cook, low cool, etc. worked well though.
No coffee pot in room.

pool needed cleaning

I had stayed here 10 or so years ago. It has went way downhill since then. The people were nice enough and it was clean enough. But the property has lots of things that need to be addressed maintainence and asthetically.

My stay was good but with small adjustments would have been great! The bathroom had urine smell that infiltrated into the room. The breakfast was all sugary items except for the waffle and no protein at all. The inconvenience of not having iron and ironing board in the room. No coffee or water in the room.

AC was ice cold, the refrigerator froze our drinks… those are the good things.
The shower had hair in it, there were a couple of German roaches, the top blanket on the bed looked to be 30 years old
Will never stay there again and wouldn’t encourage others to stay

Owner of the property and Evolve claim they sent me a code to get in the property

Needs to be renovated & more options at breakfast

Terrible place to stay,roaches everywhere. Ask them to spray room but no success. Old building with lots of visible repairs in room. Will not go back !!!

Pretty affordable. Great location. Clean room, but could use a few updates. Overall really good for the price.
