Après avoir réservé la chambre sur Booking.com, je me suis présenté à l'accueil de l'hôtel où je me suis vu signifier que l'hôtel étant en travaux pour plusieurs jours, le petit déjeuner ne pouvait pas être servi le lendemain matin. Il m'a été proposé d'aller dans une brasserie proche (sic)
Il aurait été pertinent de signifier ces travaux incommodants sur le site avant que la réservation ne soit faite. Après que la réservation soit faite, quelle surprise de s'entendre dire cela sans aucune forme de compensation.
