Pros:

The location is very convenient, with shops and restaurants close by, yet the streets are quiet at night. The breakfast is excellent—a Turkish breakfast buffet with a wide variety of options, including daily changes to some dishes. The front desk staff are also very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The room and bathroom are a bit outdated and could benefit from more frequent maintenance. That said, this was acceptable for us given the price, especially as we spent most of our time sightseeing. The exterior of the building is currently under construction, but during our stay the work only started after 10 am, so it did not affect us much.

Lovely stay
Pros:

The Hotel is very cozy, clean e well located. The room is very spacious, the bed and sheets comfortable. The breakfast is really something, Turkish style and home made. Fresh fruits e some baklava! The location is very convenient, very close to the main attractions. Staff was very kind, polite and friendly. A loved the Hotel!

Cons:

They just need to improve de WiFi signal on the rooms. Everything was perfect.

Potenziale alto, ma alcuni aspetti da sistemare
Pros:

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per 4 notti prenotando 3 camere (2 triple e 1 matrimoniale). La struttura ha poche camere, il che la rende accogliente e familiare. Le camere erano spaziose, pulite e rifatte ogni giorno con cura. I letti erano abbastanza comodi e nel complesso il soggiorno è stato piacevole.
La posizione è ottima: comoda per raggiungere i principali monumenti, circondata da ristoranti e con un minimarket a due passi, ma allo stesso tempo molto silenziosa.
Molto buona la colazione, ricca e varia soprattutto nella parte salata, con alcune proposte che cambiavano quotidianamente. Nonostante qualche difficoltà organizzativa negli spazi, il personale della colazione è stato davvero attento e disponibile, cercando sempre di venire incontro alle esigenze di tutti.
Anche il personale alla reception si è dimostrato molto gentile. Per scusarsi dei lavori di ristrutturazione esterni ci è stata inoltre offerta una bottiglia di vino, gesto apprezzato.

Cons:

Una delle tre camere presentava un odore sgradevole, probabilmente legato ai lavori di ristrutturazione nella zona esterna e in parte interna. Questo aspetto, a nostro avviso, avrebbe dovuto essere segnalato dopo la prenotazione.
La sala colazione risultava troppo piccola e, con tutti gli ospiti presenti, si creava facilmente confusione. Inoltre, la parte dolce della colazione era piuttosto limitata.
I cuscini erano troppo alti per i nostri gusti e le camere risultavano molto calde, nonostante il riscaldamento fosse spento.
Infine, pur essendo presente l’ascensore, per raggiungerlo è necessario fare alcuni scalini (circa 8-10), che possono rappresentare un problema per alcune persone.

Fantastic location in Sultanahmet as a base to explore the big sights in Istanbul.
Pros:

Fantastic location and very friendly desk staff. Spotlessly clean. Breakfast was simple but tasty.

Cons:

Not much - it was undergoing renovations (which were flagged before booking) and so the breakfast room was a little tight and the front was covered in scaffolding.

Clean, friendly, well positioned
Pros:

Smallish hotel, everyone was so friendly. Excellent breakfast. Very varied and fresh. Easy to walk to everything . Lots of cafes and restaurants to choose from. Would love to come back.

Pros:

This is in such a good location to walk to lots of the main sights and lots of restaurants nearby . There are also small shops open long hours , for snacks or beer or to buy more water close by . Our room was comfortable & cleaned every day - we were
at the back of the hotel in a quiet room - so not much view but since there’s so much to see in Istanbul you don’t need a view! The breakfast is amazing - there’s loads on offer - and a lovely dining area -with an outdoor option , plus apparently
a lovely rooftop for when it’s warmer . Nice smelling shower gel and shampoo too. And a bottle of water in the room on arrival which is replaced if you need it . The reception staff are all very friendly and so helpful if you need to know how to get somewhere . We had a lovely 5 night stay here , thank you to all at the hotel .

Cons:

There’s nothing to dislike , it’s very good.
