The hotel is affordable. The staff are professional and caring. They give 100 percent.
I don't like that the second and third floors are showing dating. The carpets, walls and the second third floor has a broken water/ice machine sitting on the hallway. It brings down the quality of the area and room costs. Room size is great and TVs are decent
I like the staff they seem kind and professional. Usually they have fresh baked cookies and tea in the lobby.
The fresh cookies go quickly and the lobby cold use additional free snacks at certain times.
The breakfast was good, area was clean, service was on top of food. I tipped the service person because she deserved it!

The beds were not very comfortable...There was almost no toilet paper on both rolls & only 3 tissues left in box. Tells me their housekeeping dept is NOT doing their job!

The light switch in the bathroom was very dirty. The lotion dispenser was was dirty as well. The bathroom door on the inside of bathroom had dirty finger prints on it.
I love how close it was to the park and it’s been the third year in a row we’ve stayed here. We are loyal to this hotel.
The curtain was broken, never enough towels, and there was a water stain by the window on the ceiling, fridge had frozen ice at the top.

PRO: Great location between Cincinnati and the Ark Encounter, with easy interstate access. The bathroom also appeared to be newly remodeled.
CON: The room was dirty, with worn-looking carpets and a scuffed vanity. The toilet seat was loose, and we had to call maintenance close to midnight to fix it. There were no drawers for clothing, and the lobby couch was extremely unattractive and in poor condition. Will avoid this hotel brand in the future because of this location.
