I checked in and Andreas, the first customer service person who was training, was very nice and professional. I got up to my room, and it sounded like the door lock was dying and wouldn't unlock. I went back downstairs to get a different room. The second guy I dealt with suggested that I didn't know my numbers and went to the wrong room. Then he suggested that I didn't know how to use the card key (I travel a fair bit and do know how they work). Then he suggested that I was too weak to open the door. It was rather insulting. He wanted to just send me back up to that room and meet a maintenance guy, but I had already been traveling for 36 hours with no sleep and really just wanted another room. He finally got me a different room. The second room had no problem with the door opening for me, and the rest of my stay went well.
Early evening check in, overnight for and early flight. Staff were very friendly and helpful with the check. Staff were very good in the restaurant. Pleasant overnight stay.
It is within the airport and it helps a lot especially if you have an early flight. It is very clean and the staff at the front desk is very helpful and kind.

I usually choose local hotels with some character, but what we needed was two nights near the Oslo Airport and proximity to a train that we could take to the city center. This hotel completely met the criteria! The rooms were nice, the beds comfortable, the staff friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet plentiful and varied. If you want to walk from the airport to your lodging then walk to a fast train to get around this is your place!

This is the most silent hotel room I have experienced. Amazing for an airport location.
The check was a bit crazy, but with so many from our cruise staying there, it went as smoothly as possible. The restaurant was amazing, the site was beautiful, clean, and I could not have asked for anything better, just feet away from the airport terminal.
