Pros:

The beds were comfortable. They had many TV channels and a good breakfast.

Cons:

A kid at a Mexican marriage party pulled the fire alarm 3 times before staff got them stop it. The last time it was pulled was at 1030pm. They let their children run all over the place without any parental control. The staff should have kicked them out after the second time the kid pulled it. Or at least demanded that the children be supervised.
It seemed like they were more important than the guest staying there. Completely unacceptable!

Disappointing, smelly and way too expensive.

Check in staff was fine.

Cons:

Room smelled like mold. Rust and mold were in the bathroom- shower and air return. Bed had paper thin blankets. No hand soap n the bathroom. TV remote did not work. Price was way too high for this poor quality. After checking in we looked for a different hotel but everything in town was booked so we grudgingly kept the room.

Had to change rooms, pullout couch had dirty sheets and blankets on it, toenails on the floor in our room, ants and spiders in the bathroom, housekeeping never came.

Cons:

Booking.com didn't notify hotel of my one room cancelation and it caused delay when checking in. Staff was helpful but no way to contact Booking.com. I will directly book with hotel in the future.

Staff is great!
Pros:

Brought our family there as a place to gather from all across the midwest. The staff was so friendly they even took out family picture! With a great restaurant attached no one had to cook and pizza's (wood fired yum) were so hot when we got them we needed to let them cool down. The bar with all their TV's was a great place to watch the gopher game. Highly recommend for your next gathering.

Renovation Time!
Pros:

Good check in experience. The room was relatively quiet, but it had issues! The room is due for a renovation. Found a busted electrical outlet cover in pieces laying on the carpet and the sink drain stopper stayed in the closed position. We finally pulled it out and you can imagine what we found. Carpet baseboard was pulled away from the wall in areas and wallpaper in bathroom was doing the same. The place needs work.

Staff is truly great
Pros:

We booked last minute, due to a family member's hospitalization. The staff was friendly, courteous, and very helpful. The woman at the front desk who was there when we needed to extend out stay on the morning of 10/25/25 is truly a gem! (I wish I had gotten her name.)
