Pros:

Me ha encantado la ubicación. Se encuentra en frente de la estación de trenes y por tanto muy cómodo si al día siguiente tienes que coger un tren o avión.

Cons:

La verdad, no es exactamente igual a las fotos que aparecen. La cama era cómoda y el baño muy limpio y renovado, pero el resto de la estructura y el mobiliario en general eran bastante viejos. Tanto en la habitación como en el resto de la estructura. Aún así, lo recomiendo.

Perfect stay
Pros:

This hotel was perfect for us with two kids. The room we stayed in was large and very comfortable, the breakfast was delicious and all the staff were very helpful and nice. The location was perfect, close to the center but also to the train station.

Je ne regrette pas mon passage à l'établissement
Pros:

L'emplacement, la gentillesse en génerale du staff surtout abde et dylan. Le peteit salon à l'accueil, la surprise du café qui est trés bon

Cons:

J'ai l'habitude d'aller à des établissements dortoirs pareils en espagne qui disposent de kitchenette et des ustensiles pour cuisiner, ce n'est pas le cas chez vous, mais j'ai appris qu'en France ce n'est le cas

Un bon accueil par un personnel aimable et serviable. Place, équipement pas au niveau 3 étoiles.
Pros:

Chambre, Sdb et équipement de dimensions correctes mais clairement pas pour un trois étoiles.

Cons:

Un prix qui n’est pas en adéquation avec la prestation fournie. Un net manque de place.
Pas d’étagères dans la salle de bain pour pouvoir disposer les affaires de toilettes. Il faut baisser l’abattant des wc pour pouvoir poser le nécessaire dessus. Ça doit être croquignolet lorsqu’on est en couple…

Pros:

Un personnel à l'écoute et disponible, la propreté des chambres et un emplacement idéal pour visiter Toulouse tout en étant près de la Gare.
Je tiens à remercier la personne qui fait les nuits à l'accueil. Ce monsieur a du mérite!!!!

Maintenant le concept HappyCulture est un leurre !!!!
Pour une si belle ville, la direction Parisienne pourrait embélir cet hôtel....montée d'escalier bien triste, problème récurrent d'ouverture des portes de chambre, chambres simplistes, aucune déco.....etc ....quand on a une belle concurrence juste à côté il faudrait peut-être revoir tout ça.......
Pour ma part je suis déçue 😞 Dommage je viens régulièrement à Toulouse.
