Buena ubicación
Pros:

La ubicación para conexión con el tren es excelente. Está frente a la estación.

Cons:

El colchón olía super mal, tuve que cambiarlo yo misma por el de otra cama que no estaba usando nadie.
La tarjeta se me bloqueaba a cada rato

Cons:

There was an ongoing construction work all over the hotel, we were not informed about it beforehand. When we come to the room at midnight we were shocked to see that our door lock was ripped apart. We could not enter to the room with the room card, there was no notice, anything. Then the desk said they could not enter the room for cleaning so they did that, and gave me a normal door key. Of course the lock might be broken and they could not fix but the shock was awful, they should have put notice.

Pros:

La ubicación es perfecta para ir andando a los puntos turísticos de Toulouse. Además, está al lado de la estación lo cual nos vino muy bien para ir a Carcasona temprado uno de los días.

Très satisfaits de notre séjour
Pros:

Déjà le personnel de l'hôtel est vraiment sympathique et serviable, j'ai eu à faire à 3 réceptionnistes différents et chacun était très gentil et professionnel. Il y a une fontaine d'eau plate et pétillante à disposition et même une machine à café à la réception, très sympa de pouvoir prendre son petit café avant de partir en vadrouille. La chambre (nous avions une chambre familiale pour 3) était spacieuse et bien agencée, et propre. L'emplacement est très pratique car juste en face de la gare, et en 10-15 minutes à pieds vous êtes au centre ville. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir si l'occasion se présente !

Cons:

Rien de très contraignant pour être honnête. J'avais un peu peur car j'avais lu que le quartier pouvait être un peu dangereux le soir mais finalement on s'est surtout promenés la journée et aucun problème (mais nous ne sommes pas sortis tard le soir donc peut-être que les commentaires sur Internet faisaient référence à l'ambiance du soir). En tout cas c'était mieux que ce à quoi je m'attendais !

Pros:

Deuxième séjour à l'hôtel, toujours satisfaite des prestations. Emplacement parfait. Personnel très agréable et professionnel. Accueil de nuit à 23h45. Service de bagagerie parfait pour passer la journée à Toulouse et reprendre le train en fin de journée. Je reviendrai.

Cons:

J'ai dû arrêter la climatisation qui faisait du bruit et le sèche-cheveux ne fonctionnait pas.
