For the price, excellent cleanliness, bathroom, breakfast, location, and friendly staff.
Pros:

Very nice breakfast. Modestly sized room and bed, but excellent for the price. Lovely modern bathroom.

Cons:

It was a bit cool, and we could not adjust the heating. The hotel explained this was for ecological reasons and of course it would normally be hot, not cold. But it was too cool to stay in the room for long unless you were in bed.
