Great place to stay for travelers on the go.
Pros:

A great place to stay for a traveler on the go. The hotel is directly across from the train station, with easy access to the city. My room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was excellent, and the staff were helpful and kind.

I was a little nervous being on the fourth floor, so I was thankful for the tiny elevator, which made getting to my room easy. I also appreciated the air conditioning during the heat of the day.

I met travelers from around the world, which added to the experience. This is a great choice if you want a simple, no-frills place to lay your head while exploring Toulouse, or neighboring cities.

Cons:

Only a single towel and wash cloth, though I didn’t ask for another one. The hotel was hot and there was ongoing construction.

Pros:

la ubicació molt bona

Cons:

l´hotel estava en obres tant la façana com el pati interior
La neteja molt superficial, el terra de la habitació no estaba del tot net (no s´ha fregat cap dia, hi havia taques)
L´ascensor molt brut en general, li calia una neteja profunda

Pros:

Location was good for the railway station and a walk in to the city centre. Some nice restaurants close by also.

Cons:

The hotel and inner courtyard is completely covered in scaffolding at present, no workers present during my stay but the place requires a lick of paint and tidy up on the various floors.

Great staff culture
Pros:

The staff were all excellent, kind and helpful. The bed was comfortable, the shower was very good and the location was convenient to the town centre, metros and the main train station

Hôtel coquet, juste devant la gare
Pros:

Son emplacement, car c'est juste en face de la gare et le fait qu'il y a une Consigne pour les bagages.

Cons:

Le fait qu'en arrivant assez tard, vers 22h, je n'ai pas pu m'installer comme il fallait, car les personnes avec lesquelles je partageais la chambre, elles dormaient.
La deuxième chose que je n'ai pas apprécié, c'était les travaux qu'on était en train d'effectuer pendant mon séjour...
