Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

Guests must be 25 years of age or older to reserve a room.

Guests booking 6 or more rooms over the Summer (17 April - 30 November) and Winter (3 January - 16 April) seasons will fall under a 14 day cancellation policy. Reservations may be canceled 14 days before arrival without penalty. If the reservation is canceled inside 14 days before arrival full payment is nonrefundable. A cancellation number will be issued at time of notification. No shows and early departures apply.

Guests booking 6 or more rooms over the Holiday (24 December - 2 January) season will fall under a 30 day cancellation policy.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Pros:

Tolles Hotel dass sehr modern eingerichtet ist. Die Zimmer sind groß und wirklich toll.
Auch ein kleiner Pool ist vorhanden
Tolle lage in whistler und trotzdem sehr ruhig.

Cons:

Kein Frühstück vorhanden aber durch die Lage in Whistler kein problem

Nice modern hotel in great location to visit whistler/ everything walkable.
Pros:

Really good location-right near the main village, but as just across the road and not in Village was quiet at night. Large, comfortable clean room. Parking although chargeable was in underground carpark so felt safe.

Cons:

As a bit anxious parking rental car in Underground carpark with pillars each side of spaces. Carparking is additional charge (just for others info)

Close to the village
Pros:

Location is convenient

Cons:

The room and walls and doors looked like a "landlord special" aka paint over dirt and outdated fixtures to make it appear fresh. Room was fine, basic. The walls were thin and noise traveled easily.

Pros:

Prima kamer, ruim, schoon en een lekker bed.

Cons:

Veel jonge kinderen, schreeuwen en springen in het zwembad, ouders haalden pizza voor hun kroost waardoor het echt een zooitje was en andere gasten niet van het zwembad konden genieten. Was echt niet normaal. Vervolgens ging het door in de gang van het hotel, kinderen spelen en hockeyend door de gang. Paar keer wat van gezegd maar amber bleef maar doorgaan. Afval van Pizza dozen en drinkpakjes op de gang… Dat maakte het verblijf echt veel minder de moeite waard en bovendien wil je ook een beetje rust in een hotel. Zonde van het geld.

Pros:

Good location, away from the thoroughfare (noise) but still very close walk to all the town’s amenities.

Cons:

Overnight parking is a bit expensive but can choose to park at the conference centre right across the road if do not mind the hassle.
