Guests booking 6 or more rooms over the Summer (17 April - 30 November) and Winter (3 January - 16 April) seasons will fall under a 14 day cancellation policy. Reservations may be canceled 14 days before arrival without penalty. If the reservation is canceled inside 14 days before arrival full payment is nonrefundable. A cancellation number will be issued at time of notification. No shows and early departures apply.

Guests booking 6 or more rooms over the Holiday (24 December - 2 January) season will fall under a 30 day cancellation policy.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Cons:

Disappointed with the bed comfort and the tiny bathroom with no counter space

We like the location and the staff are friendly.

Cons:

We’ve stayed here before and assumed it would be just as good as before, but unfortunately a couple things stood out differently this time and not in a good way. The first thing was the bed was so uncomfortable. I woke up the first morning with my back aching so bad. The bed was indented and was wayyy too soft. Usually that’s a good thing but my back was on fire when I woke up. I asked about getting a mattress topper but they didn’t have anything that could help me. Our second complaint was the bathroom. It was tiny. Impossible for two of us to be in there at once. There was one tiny sink with no counter space at all. I was really disappointed. We’re not sure if we’ll ever stay there again.
