Guests booking 6 or more rooms over the Summer (17 April - 30 November) and Winter (3 January - 16 April) seasons will fall under a 14 day cancellation policy. Reservations may be canceled 14 days before arrival without penalty. If the reservation is canceled inside 14 days before arrival full payment is nonrefundable. A cancellation number will be issued at time of notification. No shows and early departures apply.

Guests booking 6 or more rooms over the Holiday (24 December - 2 January) season will fall under a 30 day cancellation policy.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Gran elección para Whisler
Pros:

El parking gratuito en la puerta es muy cómodo. Las habitaciones con papel de madera son muy acogedoras. El hotel està muy bien…Lo mejor es la localización del hotel, cerca del centro y cerca de la salida a carretera… un hotel de 4* bien merecidas

Cons:

No se puede desayunar en el hotel…
No dispone de una zona con chimenea de leña donde tomarte una caña o una copa…

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und ist mit dem Auto einfach erreichbar. Zimmer war sehr geräumig und sauber. Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Fantastic!
Pros:

Friendly Staff and very accommodating.

Cons:

Lot of kids running, and jumping in the pool. Looking to relax in hot tub after long trip and found it distracting. Not deal killer but only reason I gave it 9/10 instead of 10/10

Room was noisy from people passing in hallway and floor above. Bed wasn’t comfortable. Sheets too small for bed and made terribly.

The staff was nice and good location

Cons:

Outdated,ripped shower curtain ,the toilet was old, rip in the couch in the lobby. Not impressed and very expensive. Not everyone likes espresso coffee it would be nice to have a regular brand. Won't go back or recommend.

Hotel location was fabulous!
Pros:

By far location to Whistler’s restaurants and shops!

Cons:

The walls are thin!
The neighbouring room occupants where noisy late in the evening, no fault of the hotel.
