Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

Guests must be 25 years of age or older to reserve a room.

Guests booking 6 or more rooms over the Summer (17 April - 30 November) and Winter (3 January - 16 April) seasons will fall under a 14 day cancellation policy. Reservations may be canceled 14 days before arrival without penalty. If the reservation is canceled inside 14 days before arrival full payment is nonrefundable. A cancellation number will be issued at time of notification. No shows and early departures apply.

Guests booking 6 or more rooms over the Holiday (24 December - 2 January) season will fall under a 30 day cancellation policy.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

While we appreciate the modern European styling of the room, the lack of simple amenities was disappointing. Additional coat hangers on the walls and a mor comfortable lounging chair would have been welcome.

Noise cancelling earplugs an essential
Pros:

Location very good.

Room was clean and functional, as well as big enough for 3 guests (one queen bed + one sofa bed).

Ensuite provided everything required, although very small.

Hotel able to store luggage after check out.

Cons:

The walls are made of paper. You can hear everything as if it's happening in your room. Your nextdoor neighbours talking and using the bathroom. The guests in the floor above walking across their room. The heavy doors to each room constantly slamming shut. The generators outside the hotel humming non stop.

The shower towels aren't much bigger than a hand towel.

We had to request a kettle as well as bedding for the sofa bed.

The cost was extortionate, however we recognise this may have been partly due to our late booking during ski season (1 week ahead of arrival), after having our original accommodation, booked through a well known online provider, cancelled at the last minute.

Nice property with no data protection against cyberattacks.

Good value stay in Whistler
Pros:

The room was speacious the housekeeping was on point , front desk very helpful.

Cons:

Very poor sauna cant get it hot also it stinks a bit , can't buy a beer on the premises.

Unfortunate Stay
Pros:

The front desk staff were mostly helpful and we enjoyed that they had flexibility for late check-out.

Cons:

The hotel looks a little dated with a dirty and worn rug/mat in the elevator. They could either remove it completely or replace it with an all black waterproof one.

In addition, an expensive hoodie was left in the room and never found. As we only got the room to stay overnight due to poor road conditions we never left the room, only upon checking out. There is no way for the hoodie to be anywhere else but the room. When we followed up by phone call and then email we never got a response back. It's quite disappointing that 1) there was no response and 2) that the hoodie was taken

Comfortable hotel with a fantastic location.
Pros:

We stay at the Aava hotel every year because the location is fantastic, and when booked early enough you can get a rather good rate compared to other hotels in the village. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable.

Cons:

We've never encountered this problem before, but the room we were in was next to a drain so the sound of running water was quite loud.
