Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

Guests must be 25 years of age or older to reserve a room.

Guests booking 6 or more rooms over the Summer (17 April - 30 November) and Winter (3 January - 16 April) seasons will fall under a 14 day cancellation policy. Reservations may be canceled 14 days before arrival without penalty. If the reservation is canceled inside 14 days before arrival full payment is nonrefundable. A cancellation number will be issued at time of notification. No shows and early departures apply.

Guests booking 6 or more rooms over the Holiday (24 December - 2 January) season will fall under a 30 day cancellation policy.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Pros:

Prima kamer, ruim, schoon en een lekker bed.

Cons:

Veel jonge kinderen, schreeuwen en springen in het zwembad, ouders haalden pizza voor hun kroost waardoor het echt een zooitje was en andere gasten niet van het zwembad konden genieten. Was echt niet normaal. Vervolgens ging het door in de gang van het hotel, kinderen spelen en hockeyend door de gang. Paar keer wat van gezegd maar amber bleef maar doorgaan. Afval van Pizza dozen en drinkpakjes op de gang… Dat maakte het verblijf echt veel minder de moeite waard en bovendien wil je ook een beetje rust in een hotel. Zonde van het geld.

Good stay
Pros:

Good location, away from the thoroughfare (noise) but still very close walk to all the town’s amenities.

Cons:

Overnight parking is a bit expensive but can choose to park at the conference centre right across the road if do not mind the hassle.

Schönes Hotel am Rand des Village. Sehr gute Lage.
Pros:

Sehr großes Zimmer (alle "hinten" hinaus Ri Highway etwas lauter - aber kein Problem). Schönes Hotel und für Whistler preislich ok. Lage gut und Parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden (kosten extra).

Exceeded Expectations
Pros:

This stay excelled our expectations. The room was spacious and clean, staff were very friendly and it offered good value for money for our stay in Whistler. The location is great, they offer a good parking facility, and we overall had an enjoyable experience.

Cons:

Our experience began poorly with the hotel falling for a phishing scam and exposing my personal information several months before our stay. In the end, despite having to send several emails back and forth to resolve it amicably, the hotel were reasonable in terms of reimbursement and we managed to have an enjoyable stay.

Pros:

The staff were very friendly on arrival and the room was clean and well maintained. A great location for walking to any of the bars and restaurants and the price a little high but fair for the location.
