Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

Guests booking 6 or more rooms over the Summer (17 April - 30 November) and Winter (3 January - 16 April) seasons will fall under a 14 day cancellation policy. Reservations may be canceled 14 days before arrival without penalty. If the reservation is canceled inside 14 days before arrival full payment is nonrefundable. A cancellation number will be issued at time of notification. No shows and early departures apply.

Guests booking 6 or more rooms over the Holiday (24 December - 2 January) season will fall under a 30 day cancellation policy.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Nice place
Pros:

Easy walk to the village for food, or there's a restaurant right across the way if you don't want to walk an extra block. Easy access with shuttle drop off. Ski lockers and they even have boot dryers available. Jacuzzi, sauna, and workout room available. Comfortable areas to lounge in the lobby. Very responsive and friendly staff.

Great place to stay near Whistler Village, though beware the walk with luggage
Pros:

The outdoor hot tub was awesome, the room was perfectly nice, location was quiet and not too far from the Village

Cons:

Getting luggage from the Gateway Bus Loop drop-off point to the Hotel was practically impossible. The walk was about 400m in snow with multiple bags per person. Also had some drunk people making noise in the halls around 2am one morning but otherwise, stay was good.

Pros:

Stayed here for a total of 6 nights so here’s our feedback:

Location: only about a 5min walk to the Whistler Gondola and a short 3min stroll to the village centre

Rooms: we found the rooms quite spacious. The beds were quite comfortable. I think having some wall hooks near the door would have been beneficial so we could have hung our snow gear

Bathrooms: water pressure was good. Flushing the toilet is quite loud. Good supplies of the shampoo/conditioner/body wash.

Facilities: was keen to jump into the hot tub but it was always so full so didn’t get to try it out. There was only 1 wash in machine and 3 dryers so need to plan if you’re intending to wash. There’s no cafe on site so be mindful
They also have a snowboard/ski storage downstairs and will give you a lock to store

Overall we were generally happy with the accommodation and would come back

Great location, welcoming front desk, cleaning needs improvement.
Pros:

Amazing location really close to the mountain with a charming lobby and very kind and helpful front desk personnel. They were all extremely pleasant and went above and beyond to help me.

Cons:

The cleaning staff seamed really stingy about towels, toilet paper, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. After they cleaned my room they wouldn’t refill any of these items. I always had to call and ask for them.

Excellent stay, very comfortable!
Pros:

Location and price were priorities and Aava was very comfortable and clean, making it a great value pretty near the gondola. I like the simple modern decor.

Cons:

The designated smoking area was right outside the front entrance and the smell of pot and cigarettes filled the lobby. The hot tub could use some renovation for its rust spots and discolored tile.
