The stay met my expectations for an economy hotel for my short stay.
Pros:

The breakfast was ok but unbalanced because there was no fruit, fruit juice or cereal. It was high in carbs.

Cons:

The breakfast other than coffee. I think vending machines or small store would be helpful for drinks, snacks and frozen dinners.

Pros:

The location is very close to the airport and the shuttle service was easy.

Cons:

Neither treadmill worked in the fitness center, the hairdryer in the room didn't work, the toilet made a high-pitched whining sound when flushed and the shower knob just turned and turned so you had to guess where the hot was and it took a lot of fiddling to get the water to shut off. I ended up in a lukewarm shower and spent the next 10 minutes fiddling with the knob to get the water to stop dripping.

Hotel is falling apart and considered checking out but forced myself to stay one night
Pros:

The staff was great 👍 tried to address all my concerns

Cons:

The room was vert bad curtains were falling off the wall stains on the furniture stains on the walls.just very badly kept room .I wouldn't ever stay there again

Cons:

Lots of noises throughout the night - banging from the walls and clicking from the bathroom, pipes maybe. Did not sleep during the stay as these noises kept us up.

I booked 3 rooms for 10/25-10/29 (4 nights) because we were in town for a wedding where my fiancé and father in law were in wedding. Walking in I should’ve known it was going to be a terrible experience!! When we checked into our rooms, I found that we had pubic hairs woven into our “Clean” towels. There were Roaches & Roach droppings in, around and under the microwave & refrigerator as well as the hallway and the bathroom. There were human Urination and feces stains on the carpet. Feces on the wall and the toilet that had dried!
The “free breakfast” that was advertised was a nook in the hallway by the exit door where the addicts who STAY IN THE HOTEL hang out, & was an old dirty toaster & napkins.
There were drug addicts standing/folded over, next to the side entrances. Drug deals happening in the parking lot IN FRONT of the hotel!!! The “Free Shuttle Service” was a guy that worked there driving his personal mini van to pick us up. Which was creepy, to say the least!

And to top it off, it wrecked of Smoke!! Cigarette smoke, Weed smoke, and Drug smoke!

We were there for about 2 hours, only because I had to be on the phone with Hotels.com about the situation, and trying to find 3 replacement rooms at a different hotel for us to stay! And they still charged us for a full night’s stay for the 3 rooms we booked, one of the 3 rooms hadn’t even checked in yet! This place is Deplorable, Filth ridden, a Disgusting environment and a Safety & Health hazard! It should be shut down!!
