Pros:

Proximity to the road i was traveling. The staff was so nice and helpful.

Cons:

It took me a minute to find it. Its tucked between a couple of buildings I initially drove past it. So, maybe better signage along the frontage road...

Our "no smoking" room smelled of cig smoke, the smoke detecter was barely hanging on the wall, the window was cracked, the window screen was falling off, and there was BLACK mold in the shower area.

Great location at a reasonable price for mid-week cycle trail rides
Pros:

Great location for biking the Paul Bunyan Trail. We stayed 2 nights before moving on up the trail. Rooms were a good size (we stored our bike in our room overnight with space to spare). Breakfast was decent (incl. a pancake machine !!). Beds were super comfortable.

Cons:

Just one restaurant next door (Chinese-Japanese food which was actually decent) but other restaurants just a few minutes drive.

Wonderful.
Pros:

Staff were very friendly. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Best part was the Paul Bunyan Trail right in front of the hotel! Awesome!! Great location if you are a runner, walker, or biker!!!

Cons:

Pets. My husband is very allergic.

Clean, quiet, budget friendly
Pros:

This was perfect for a one night stay. We had a family event and just needed a quiet, clean, reasonably priced lodging option. AmericInn was perfect. I would absolutely stay again.

disappointing; don't know that i would choose to stay there again
Cons:

the four pillows provided were much too large and not useable for sleeping. I would have preferred an extra blanket as the single sheet was not to my liking. The tv dish channels did not work. I told the front desk who told me there had been some internet issues. I asked what she would do about it and reply was to tell the manager. That is the last I heard about it, not at all.
