Clean, quiet, budget friendly
Pros:

This was perfect for a one night stay. We had a family event and just needed a quiet, clean, reasonably priced lodging option. AmericInn was perfect. I would absolutely stay again.

disappointing; don't know that i would choose to stay there again
Cons:

the four pillows provided were much too large and not useable for sleeping. I would have preferred an extra blanket as the single sheet was not to my liking. The tv dish channels did not work. I told the front desk who told me there had been some internet issues. I asked what she would do about it and reply was to tell the manager. That is the last I heard about it, not at all.

We absolutely loved are stay here.
Pros:

The breakfast was exceptional on a daily basis. The rooms were clean and the staff were all friendly and welcoming.

Ok for a 1 nite stay just to sleep n shower

Was told when we booked there was a pool n hot tub by booking.com and there was neither and why we booked here. Bed was hard n uncomfortable, breakfast was cold vs fresh n hot at 7am

Perfect and peaceful

Thank you so much for everything the staff was so very like friendly and down to earth , we really loved this peaceful chill hotel experience, and actually looking forward to staying again, it was close to my grandmas assisted living and next to super one to get a few things to make the stay more enjoyable, great location, room was very clean and quiet, we slept really good, the breakfast was not like rushed to end at 9:00 am :) we went down right at 9:00 and it was still available which really made it feel like they care about the customers staying here, just one my best hotel experiences to be honest. We will be staying here again for sure!! Thank you for running the hotel so wonderfully and thanks for being kind to let us check in a couple hours early ‘ can’t wait to stay here again and I really want try that Giovanni’s pizza lol :). See you all again soon!

Bed was comfortable fairly clean.

Cons:

The place is cramped, one can hardly turn around in the bathroom. The doors are full of marks and chipped needs dome tlc. TV channels do not all work. The lady at the front desk had no idea how the tv guide and or channels work, telephoned a manager and that person also did not know how it works.

Cons:

Hard beds, the tub didn't drain, and there was standing water in it upon arrival. The bathroom door didn't close properly. Pillows were hard, Noisy, and thin walls. heard drunk ppl in the hallways. However, the staff were very nice.
