Properties own parking is tight and awkward, had to park in ncp. Metal Clamp to hold together the divan bed were stuck out on one side which ledt a mark down back of my leg. At breakfast, the coffee cups were so small, i was backwards and forwards, and why oh why are the baked beans served with a ladle thats got holes in it.... slopped all over the counter. Unable to close the bedroom window withoit climbing into a 3-4ft recessed area as its at waist height.
Location and restaurant ideal for lone traveller and when city is really busy. Plenty of tea etc provided. Breakfast good offer with plenty of choice.
Unfortunately hotel price doesn't match the room and my expectations, i have stayed before and not been disappointed. The room was tiny and tired. I have better stays in an easy hotel. Room very tired and really needs some TLC. Every surface dented, marked,worn and marks on linen Reception staff not as friendly as previous visit. Attention to detail missing with renovations being made in hallways but signs are discarded or left on a chair by the lift. No warning made from staff on arrival about this or on booking that renovations were in place. Bathroom looked as tired and needs a refit, really fiddly to alter the shower head directions whilst being blasted with water, should be a proper shower, no need for climb in bath tbf given the size too. I am going to contact them to get refund.

They’re clearly painting but had left out all the carpet covering and mess in the corridor.
The lifts were very unkept

The air vent in the bathroom was covered in dust & didn't look like it had been cleaned for ages.
