An excellent stay.
Pros:

Service was excellent. Harry in particular went above and beyond by following up on a complaint about external noise, though Owen on Reception deserves an honourable mention for general politeness and efficiency.

Cons:

Room was a little small - the space around the bed was tight.

Pros:

Friendly staff, clean room, great location, spacious room clean bathroom

Cons:

Just the room service quality of food was very poor. Particularly the pizza which was very basic with very little topping especially for as I roughly remember around £16.95. I did make a note of this to the receptionist on departure.

Paid for a double room, got 2 singles beds put together. Made it uncomfortable at times when sleeping
