Guests are asked to pick up their room key at the hotel reception prior to entering the public parking garage,otherwise they can't use the elevator. For security reasons, the parking garage elevator is only accessible with a hotel key. Vehicles with a height up to 6.6 feet can access the garage. Please note that reservation is not necessary.

Pros:

Zentrale Lage, direkt beim Müller-Parkhaus.
Frühstücksraum sehr schön, freundlich und lecker

Cons:

Unser Zimmer hat sehr nach Schweiß gerochen. Lage war zur Einfahrt der Tiefgarage/Schule. Daher laut.
Unpraktisch, dass man ohne Zimmerkarte noch nicht einmal mit dem Aufzug zur Rezeption kommt. Einchecken war daher mit Treppen/hin und her etwas mühsam. Muss man wissen, dass man zum eigentlichen Parkhausaufzug muss und dann um das Gebäude herum. Ersteindruck daher "meh"

Pros:

Die Lage ist ideal um schnell in der Altstadt zu sein. Ich hatte ein Upgrade und daher ein wunderbar großes Zimmer.

Cons:

Das ist nur eine Anmerkung. Die Kennzeichnung für das Hotel sollte etwas anders angebracht werden da der Eingang ziemlich versteckt in einer Ecke liegt.

La chambre spacieuse, la fonctionnalité, le parking a disposition pas trop cher, le choix du petit déjeuner

Cons:

La chambre trop chauffée, on était obligé de dormir la fenêtre ouverte et on entend bien les bruits de la rue.

Tolle Unterkunft für einen Ulm Trip👍
Pros:

Das Apartment war schön renoviert, groß, sauber und zweckmäßig.

Cons:

Eigentlich nur die Lage an der Straße, weil wir gern mit offenen Fenstern schlafen. Aber wir sind ja in der Stadt gewesen also alles gut.

Pros:

Das Hotelzimmer war für unsere Zwecke hervorragend – es war gross und bot genügend Platz. Die Lage ist zwar nicht direkt im Zentrum, aber alles ist sehr gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Unser Zimmer befand sich im 3. Stock ohne Lift, was für uns jedoch kein Problem war. Insgesamt ein gutes, sauberes Hotel mit einem sehr fairen Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Cons:

Das einzige kleine Manko war, dass es keine Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer gab – aber das war wirklich der einzige negative Punkt.

Pros:

В этой ценовой категории - очень хороший отель. Комната чистая. Тепло. WI-FI отличный. Давление воды в душе отличное.
Расположение - напротив Собора Святого Георгия, 5 минут пешком до Ульмского Собора, 5 минут до Рыбацкого квартала. Рядом есть пекарни и кондитерские кафе для кофе и завтрака.
Рекомендую...

Comfortabel!
Pros:

Gute Lage, nettes Personal, nah zu Fuss zur Altstadt, aber auch leicht mit dem Auto zu erreichen, super Frühstück. Zimmer zum Hof sehr ruhig.
