Important information:

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. With effect from 1 June 2014, the Penang City Council will be imposing a city tax of MYR 3 per room per night, which is payable directly to the resort upon check-in.

I am unsatisfied with the breakfast provided and would like the management to review and improve the food hygiene standards.
During breakfast, we noticed small flies on the salad items, particularly in the salad section and around the honeydew. This gave the impression that the food was not fresh and had been left exposed for too long. Such hygiene issues are unacceptable, especially in a 5-star hotel environment.
In addition, the overall quality and variety of the breakfast were below expectations. Considering the amount paid for the stay, the breakfast experience did not provide value for money.
I hope the management will investigate this matter seriously and take the necessary corrective actions to improve both food hygiene and the overall guest experience.

Overall good. We always return to this hotel every year when we visit Penang.
Pros:

Quick check in and check out. Reception is friendly and efficient especially Miss Darshini.
Near to hawker store, grab is easily available to nearby restaurants.

Cons:

Air conditioning need servicing. Not cold.

Overall a pleasant experience & definitely will come back again.
Pros:

Good location in the city and easy to go to all the nice places for food! Service is awesome, there was also welcome cookies for us.

Cons:

Swimming pool & its facilities are old, would be better to refurbish it.

And add more greenery at the lobby.
