Absolutely unacceptable!!!
Cons:

I booked a bottom floor king suite and the staff gave me a handicap room. I’m not handicapped. I spoke with the gentleman at the front desk if he can exchange the room for the correct room and he said none are available. Remember, I booked the room early in the morning so there should be plenty of rooms available. I go to this location once a week for one year now so this is absolutely unacceptable!

Overall good
Pros:

Breakfast was ok, buffet style regular items, I missed pancake, used woffel instead, wife missed yogurt.

Cons:

Floor carpet should be shampooed once or twice a year, I normally take shoes out and walk bare foot, I found black sole mark when jumped in to bath tub.

Negative I will definitely be going to request a half amount refund and probably never stay there again
Pros:

Staff was very courteous and the premises were very clean!!

Cons:

There’s no towel holder near the shower, you have to walk across the room to pick up a towel after the shower also the door didn’t latch properly exposing me and my belongings to anyone and also the gate attached to the wall of the room will shake all the time when opening and closing waking you up all the time there’s no chance for resting

Good place to stay
Pros:

Overall, it was a good place to stay. The room was quite large and the bed was comfortable. I appreciated the free parking and breakfast. The WiFi was good, too. And I really liked that you had to have a room key even to get access to the rooms on the second floor.

Cons:

For that price, I would expect housekeeping every day. There was one day we requested it, but it didn’t happen.

Very Clean and Comfortable
Pros:

I am always pleased with this hotel, it's my 3rd time staying there in 18 months. I could choose less expensive ones, closer to my relatives but I like this Best Western the best. I just wish I received a discount for my multiple stays. I'll continue to stay there when I come to town.

Cons:

There wasn't a printed TV guide and the one on the TV wasn't right so I couldn't find the channels I wanted until the third night. Also the remote batteries were very low so I had to keep pushing the numbers & making sure it was pointing in the right spot.

Clean and Comfortable
Pros:

When I come to town, this is the only hotel I'll stay at. This was my 3rd time in 18 months staying there. Even though it's not the least expensive and is 15 mins away from relatives house, I find it clean and comfortable.
