L accueil ,situation de l hôtel, diversité du petit déjeuner ,la vue sur le canal et la gare, confort de la literie,le calme dans l hotel

J ai eu froid dans la chambre,le chauffage d appoint dégageait une odeur forte à l allumage, petit déjeuner très diversifié mais le reassortiment laisse à désirer, à 9h certains plats comme l omelette et les petites saucisses manquaient n on pas été ressortis

Shocking how dirty it was, Staff were friendly and that was the only good thing

Cons:

The hotel was extremely dirty, old carpets all stained and dirty, no routine cleaning clearly.
People smoke in the hotel , could smell in the corridors and at the entrance.

Hôtel très bien placé pour visiter la ville où prendre le départ pour la randonnée "la boucle noire". Personnel très aimable.

Cons:

Personeel. Bij het uitchecken moesten we wachten tot er iemand aan de receptie was. Aanvraag voor een factuur nog steeds niet ontvangen via mail.
Bij inchecken waren we met een buitenlandse collega aan het babbelen en kregen we te horen dat we moesten stil zijn omdat we het inchecken stoorden.
Ik wou 's avonds nog iets drinken maar bar was gesloten omdat er teveel volk was.
Ik verblijf regelmatig in een Ibis voor mijn werk maar dergelijke attitude van het personeel heb ik nog nooit meegemaakt

Camera nella norma, ma livello di pulizia scarso. Ci hanno dovuto cambiare la camera perché nella prima che ci avevano dato non funzionava l’aria condizionata e la tv,la prima notte ci gelammo dal freddo. Ci proposero uno scaldino a corrente ma faceva le scintille ed era pericolosissimo. Ci hanno fornito un solo asciugamano per la doccia,il viso e altro! Nella seconda camera invece il soffitto della doccia era tutto ammuffito. La camera non la rifacevano ogni giorno e se la rifacevano coprivano solo il letto con la coperta lasciando anche oggetti sotto le lenzuola, tende cadenti .Per essere un ibis mi aspettavo moooolto di più! Nota positiva la struttura è al centro di Charleroi con praticamente tutto sotto l’hotel,stazione di fronte e il centro commerciale affianco.
