A conseiller très bien même le déjeuner
La ubicació enfront de l'estació d'autobusos - i al costat, la de trens - és òptima si has perdut un avió en l'aeroport de Charleroi.
L'atenció del personal de recepció és molt amable i professional.
Els llits són austers, però raonablement còmodes per a una estada d'una nit.
Les habitacions no estaven especialment netes i si caminaves descalç, notaves que el terra tenia pols acumulada. El mobiliari era vell, i, en general, l'habitació no era acollidora en absolut.
Les zones comunes de l'hotel estaven envellides, i la moqueta, millor no mirar-la.
Els voltants de l'hotel no generen massa confiança de nit
We arrived late due to a cancelled flight and the staff at reception did his utmost to assist us. Although the hotel was a bit dingy, the rooms were spotless.
There was a cloying smell of air freshener in the passages. The carpets need an upgrade and looked old and stained. The room was extremely noisy and passing pedestrians shouting at each other could be heard clearly. Twin room was tiny.
Pas d'eau chaude sans proposition de réduction de prix. 150€ la nuit, c'est scandaleux. Petit déjeuner médiocre.

Emplacement idéal, en face de la gare et pourtant très calme.
Aménagement habituel pour un IBIS, y compris le petit déj' avec possibilité de se faire un jus d'orange frais.
Salade de fruits frais à disposition.
Personnel sympa à la réception.
Rien de particulier.
Tout au plus que, sur chaque étage, il y a quelques chambres qui sont situées à une sorte de demi-étage plus bas avec des escaliers (sans main courante) pour les rejoindre .... jamais drôle avec une valise. Il y a certainement possibilité, lors de la réservation, de spécifier si vous souhaitez éviter de telles chambres.
l'accueil lors de notre arrivée fut très aiet chaleureux.
Malheureusement, il faudrait avoir un petit frigo dans la chambre, car après plusieurs jours cela serait pratique afin d'avoir des boissons fraîches.

Validissimo per chi come noi doveva prendere l'aereo la mattina presto.

L'albergo è un pò datato ma ha tutte le caratteristiche della catena Ibis.
Le petit déjeuner était correct
Nous étions en famille avec enfant pas d'eau chaude et nous l'avions signalé à la réception qui nous a dit que la chaudière fonctionnait. Le soir toujours pas d'eau chaude le lendemain matin pareil pas d'eau chaude le monsieur nous a dit qu'il y avait un problème avec la chaudière et qu'il faudrait faire un mail ce que nous avons fait pour avoir un dédommagement et rien en réponse de ce mail. Très décevant nous avons pas pu nous laver et de plus un petit chauffage à mettre dans la chambre ou il faisait froid !
