Beautiful location, very comfortable stay
Pros:

Beautiful location right by Lake Pichala with lovely gardens. Very warm welcome by all the staff, from reception to bar to restaurant to gym to housekeeping. I had a wonderful few days and felt right at home. Only a short tuk tuk ride to the old city.

Cons:

Wifi reception in my room was sometimes Patchwork

The right mix of luxury and elegance
Pros:

From the time I stepped into the reception, the elegance of the reception, the paintings on the pillars and the landscaping gives the statement of luxury and an eye for details.

Jaswinder n Harshwardhan at reception, Kajol and Chetan at the breakfast restaurant and security staff Deepak helped us with every detail. We had no issues with either the rooms or the property. So no room for complaints.

Loved the landscaping around the hotel giving so much breathing space. The evening lights were perfectly aligned. The rooms were cosy. The beds were very comfortable.

Cons:

Sounding proofing could be improved.

An Unforgettable Family Stay – Exceptional Hospitality and Service!
Pros:

​We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Trident Udaipur and cannot recommend it highly enough, especially for families! From the moment we arrived until the minute we left, the hospitality was flawless.

​Our amazing experience started even before check-in. We were picked up from the Taj Fateh Prakash Palace via a beautiful boat ride by Gopal Ji, who is a truly wonderful soul. He took incredible care of us and made the transfer feel incredibly special. Upon arrival at the resort, we were greeted with a refreshing lemon, mint, and cucumber welcome drink, followed by a remarkably smooth and quick check-in process by the fantastic reception staff.

​A few highlights of our stay:

​Family-Friendly Accommodation: We got interconnecting family rooms, which were perfectly set up, spacious, and very comfortable for the whole family.
​Outstanding Dining: The buffet spread was fantastic, offering a great variety of delicious dishes that everyone enjoyed.

​Superb Staff & Service: The entire staff is incredibly humble and helpful. The room service was prompt and always ready to assist with a smile. Prashant Ji at the swimming pool was also incredibly humble, attentive, and helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed while relaxing by the water.

​Great for Kids: The dedicated kids' play area was a huge hit and kept the little ones thoroughly entertained.
​The seamless checkout wrapped up what was a perfect vacation. Every single staff member we encountered went above and beyond to make us feel at home.

​Thank you, Trident Udaipur, for such an amazing and memorable experience! We will definitely be back.

Everything - hospitality, people, food, cleanliness, architecture, the outdoors, pool experience, eagerness to please guests and child-friendliness. We are repeat guests - our tenth time at Trident Udaipur. This time we, a family of 6, stayed four nights.

Simply amazing! Love to come back any time.
Pros:

Exceptional property at exceptional location. Beautiful pool area, amazing restaurant for breakfast and dinner, great service. Territory is useful also for walks and play with kids.

Cons:

All great, just could be a better (more) use of the territory (some empty spaces and not so manicured) and also better access to sister property Oberoi (like they have in Gurgaon).
