Pros:

Really nice hotel in a beautiful setting right by Lake Pichola, with great views towards the City Palace. The whole property feels very calm and green, with well-kept gardens that make it easy to relax.

The staff were consistently friendly and attentive without being over the top. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and not too busy.

Breakfast was very good, with a nice mix of Indian and international options. The pool area is also great for relaxing after a day in the city.

Overall, a very pleasant and relaxing stay with great hospitality.

It’s a good hotel, ok for a short stay
Pros:

The bathroom was pretty small, the shower clogged, water would come out of the shower and flood the bathroom. Take out breakfast was deficient, restaurant was very slow. It’s a good hotel but nothing spectacular.

Cons:

Food took forever, very slow. We also ordered breakfast to go and it was not good.

A lovely hotel and stay
Pros:

The staff were incredibly helpful with making arrangements for us.
The food was lovely.
Room was large, comfortable and clean.
Nice pool area.
We had spa treatments which were very good

Cons:

I didn’t like the pre-stay communication at all. It was so frustrating that I almost cancelled our stay, although I’m glad I didn’t. Unfortunately this has removed some of the hotel score for me.
