Food was not great...I am a non vegetarian person
But you have very limited options
Like in non veg main course
You had only Palak mutton & One another Chicken option I don't know the name of
dish but it was in white gravy and the chicken piece was Chicken breast which is not good...You should add Chicken thigh piece
I don't expect from you that you add Chicken breast pieces
I think you should also know which pieces you should add or not
...I would suggest if you add limited main course option
You just put simple mutton curry
Do not make un necessary experiment
And in Chicken you should add Butter chicken or kadai chicken or chicken curry and in Non veg starters
You have only Chicken chilly and Fish fry which was not hot..
And in Veg main course
You have dal which was Khatta mitha flavour and in Paneer also sweet taste it was...Which means both veg main course taste sweet...which was also not great...I have stayed Radisson, Lalit, Leela, Novotel..Out of all this You are to expensive but the food options very less as compared to others...
Now a days All the buffet have Pizza, Momos, Chicken kabab, chicken tikka or chicken fry etc etc
In short you should add Some more options in Veg or non veg both and if you can't add much options so you should go for the basic dishes do not make unnecessary experiment...
Rest are fantastic like your hospitality, Staff, Ambience and your property.
