Great location, fabulous service & a very elegant property.
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent. The lawns, the nature, access to the jetty for lake views, peacock & birds.
The alfresco terrace with the restaurant was beautiful.

Cons:

The shower & in general bathroom fittings are a little dated

Pros:

The smiley friendly staff really made this place. The service was excellent and nothing was too much trouble. Rooms were a good size, good nice and the pool area lovely.

The hotel's concept is simply perfect for those seeking peace and quiet. The peaceful, calm, and clean atmosphere within the hotel grounds is truly relaxing, especially when visiting during good weather. There is a vast green area and the sound of birdsong...
The service provided was excellent, and the staff were very polite and attentive.

Cons:

There wasn't anything I didn't like. If I had to make just one suggestion, however, I would have liked to see more non-vegetarian options included in the dinner buffet menu to cater to international guests. While all the dishes were delicious, there was limited variety in terms of global recipes.

Pros:

The facilities, the beautiful premise and most importantly the hospitality

The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the friendly staff exceeded my expectations. The beautiful architecture created a wonderful atmosphere, and we received such a warm and welcoming reception. Overall, it was a lovely stay.
