The Magnolia Hotel & Spa

A great hotel, conveniently located near the water. A short walk to great coffee, drinks and a variety of foods. The room was excellent, so quiet. The bed was so comfortable we didn't want to leave. We'll be back for sure.

Really great room, Dyson hairdryer, steam machine, water without plastic. Quiet and comfortable. I would stay again. Apples in lobby, really close to everything, organic good food across the street on corner. L’octane hair and bath products in room.

Amazing location right in the middle of downtown, but one block off the busy street. Close to everything. Gorgeous building. Super clean. Very attentive staff. The lobby restaurant was convenient and the food was excellent. The room was very clean. We appreciated the coffee/tea in the lobby. The entire experience was lovely.

Absolutely fantastic location - striking distance from the Clipper ferry. The concierge staff were very helpful; the lobby lounge was lovely and comfortable; we took advantage of the spa which was conveniently located and lovely. The room was very comfortable and beautifully appointed with refillable bathroom products and water (this is a huge plus for me, offsetting plastic waste), Dyson hairdryer, fireplace, high ceilings, high quality bathrobes, very comfortable bed and pillows, the works. Would absolutely stay here again.

We visited The Magnolia Hotel and Spa for our mini moon and it was a wonderful experience! We took the Clipper from Seattle and the hotel was a very convenient distance (~10 min walking) from the ferry terminal, centrally located and close to great restaurants and shopping. We took advantage of the spa which was lovely, and enjoyed the amenities in the room including nice chairs for reading, a fireplace, and refillable products in the bathrooms (good conditioner and body lotion, yes please)!

The staff were all genuine and helpful. I thought it was great value for money and appreciated the smaller size (compared to some of the behemoths around the harbor). Would absolutely stay here again!

The Magnolia Hotel is central and easy to find in Victoria. It is a boutique hotel with quiet, clean, comfortable rooms. The decor is fresh and inviting. The Courtney Room had great food. We had great service at breakfast and at a family dinner with 8 people.
It may be a bit more pricey than other hotels in the area, but it is well worth it.

The staff were very friendly and amazingly helpful.

After experiencing poor customer service at another local hotel we relocated to the Magnolia Hotel and Spa. The front desk staff there exceeded our expectations. Welcoming, courteous and happy to do whatever we needed for a wonderful experience. The suites are spacious with an air of luxury. While the physical space and location are ideal, the staff really make this hotel special. The attached spa and the lounge were equally impressive. We would give a 5 star but the restaurant didn't match the rest of the experience. We ate lunch and breakfast there and while the staff were also good, the food was a bit lacking. We look forward to our next stay at The Magnolia.

This hotel is a gem, tucked away yet close to everything you'd want as a tourist in Victoria. High quality rooms, beautiful decor, well trained, attentive, friendly staff and a superb dining room. The pricing is good and a bit less than some less well appointed accommodations nearby. I hope to come back and experience the spa on my next visit. Check their website for deals they offer. Highly recommend.

My wife and I traveled to Victoria to visit our son and we stayed for over a week at your hotel. The service was exceptional and the staff made us feel so welcome. Alfonso and Amy were outstanding! Truly great ambassadors for your hotel. The restaurant staff were also wonderful, and we enjoyed every meal. The location is perfect, with most attractions just a short walk away. We will definitely be staying again on our next visit to Victoria!
