The expense did not match our stay
Pros:

The breakfast did not come with our room........we did have it though and it was good!

Cons:

We wanted a tub in our room and didn't realize that we had to book a tub!
We found the overall decor of the hotel a little dark

Perfect escape with my family!
Pros:

The hotel was pristine, reception and staff were very friendly and location was perfect. Had a great time with my family. Will be back again for sure!

Cons:

Our room was facing the main street. So there was a bit of street noise early in the morning.

Pros:

The room was fine as were the beds.

Cons:

I was surprised and disappointed the spa was not a full-service spa. It never occurred to me to check up on this. I made an assumption that was wrong. Also, the food in the Courtney dining room was just okay. I think I expected a lot more for the price.
