This beautiful boutique hotel in an excellent, quiet location near shops and restaurants. There are fresh flower bouquets throughout the lobby where free tea, coffee, water and apples are available. The hotel restaurant serves excellent food too although portions are small. All staff were incredibly accommodating and professional. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Pillows amazing. Everything feels new. The bathroom is gorgeous with a bathtub separate from the shower. All bathroom products are L'occtane. The adjoining spa is definitely worth the money!

I had a great time! Got to visit Butchard Gardens in late April and no crowds and sunny!

You pay for you get. AAA+
Excellent staff. Clean rooms, location is good for eating out and site seeing. Walking 10 to 15 minutes to Ferry back Seattle and 20 to 30 minutes to Fisherman Warf. Access
to Tourists Center and Red Bus for sightseeing tours or getting on Public buses.
Storage for luggage after check out.

Most comfortable bed, cotton bedding with cotton sheets, blackout blinds very quiet room with very minimal electronics putting out light.

Birthday getaway
Pros:

A great hotel, conveniently located near the water. A short walk to great coffee, drinks and a variety of foods. The room was excellent, so quiet. The bed was so comfortable we didn't want to leave. We'll be back for sure.

Pros:

Really great room, Dyson hairdryer, steam machine, water without plastic. Quiet and comfortable. I would stay again. Apples in lobby, really close to everything, organic good food across the street on corner. L’octane hair and bath products in room.

Wonderful hotel right in the middle of downtown
Pros:

Amazing location right in the middle of downtown, but one block off the busy street. Close to everything. Gorgeous building. Super clean. Very attentive staff. The lobby restaurant was convenient and the food was excellent. The room was very clean. We appreciated the coffee/tea in the lobby. The entire experience was lovely.
