The Magnolia Hotel is upscale, friendly and perfect for your business trip, vacation or staycation.
Pros:

My husband and I live in Greater Victoria. We planned a Staycation at the Magnolia Hotel and we were delighted with the entire experience. We were greeted at the front desk with smiles and lovely conversation. The front lobby and seating area is picture-perfect. The hotel is equipped with a beautiful lobby water faucet for refilling water bottles. Our room and view was exquisite. The bed (and couch) were very comfortable. The room amenities are extra-special, with L'Occitane en Provence toiletries, a Dyson hair dryer and a clothing steamer. We loved the cookies they left for us.
Dining at the Courtney Room is pure pleasure. Delicious food. Attentive and knowledgeable servers and excellent wine. I highly recommend staying at the Magnolia Hotel.

Luxuriate at the Magnolia
Pros:

From the time we walked in the front door, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, the staff was attentive and helpful while the room and restaurant were comfortable and everything we could ask for. Strongest possible recommendation.

Friendly, warm, welcoming and attentive
Pros:

ALL staff is without exception absolutely wonderful. We keep going back mainly because of the friendly, warmly welcoming and attentive service at Magnolia. In addition of course, the rooms are lovely and the Courtney Room restaurant has delicious world class cuisine. We will be back.

I live here, but when I need to stay downtown, this is the place!
Pros:

This property is most definitely a 'home away from home' for me when I have to be focused on my business and stay in town.

I highly recommended to those looking for accommodation in any category.

They have not won all of their awards for no reason!

Attention to detail...
Pros:

This is such an amazing hotel for so many reasons! Location, comfort, staff, the restaurant, attention to detail, ambience...the list goes on and on. Definitely our preferred hotel in all of Victoria. You won't be disappointed.

Quarto espaçoso e confortável. Ótimo secador de cabelo (Dyson) e produtos de excelente qualidade no banheiro.
Nosso quarto tinha tb uma pequena varanda.

First time in Victoria, excellent location for getting the feel for the city.
Pros:

This is an excellent boutique hotel with a wonderful atmosphere, beautiful rooms and right in the heart of Victoria. Perfect for walking to all the attractions and restaurants.
Very reasonable rate for all that comes with the room.

I enjoyed the location, but used none of the amenities
Pros:

The location was great, I was given a room with no view, just a tiny courtyard, and went and asked to be moved, which they addressed immediately. A young German manager was very helpful, all the staff were friendly, and accomodating
