Es un excelente hotel, cada vez que paso por Puerto Montt alojo ahí. Me siento como en casa.

Cons:

La habitación 509 tenía problemas en una ventana. De hecho peligrosa, porque al abrirla se venía la ventana abajo. Podría causar un accidente. Lo otro que la misma ventana no tenía aislación, lo que provocaba entrada de aire y ruido el exterior. Espero le hagan mantención a esos ventanales.
