Poor rundown facility no better than 2.5stars
Pros:

Some staff was ok, reception was poor, the person that helped me barley speaks English. After she asked her coleauge there was not a good solution

Cons:

This was listed as 4 star, but barely made it 2.5 star

We had cold to lukewarm water
No ocean side
Hotel is worn out paint off, very old and slow elevators.

Las habitaciones, la cama súper cómoda, la higiene perfecta, muy rico el desayuno.

Cons:

El estacionamiento del hotel es muy pequeño y la otra parte del estacionamiento a 3 cuadras del hotel. No es lejos, pero incómodo.

Confortable.
Pros:

Excelente ubicación y atención del personal.

Cons:

Que en el desayuno para personas con intolerancia al gluten solo tenían unas galletas de arroz con cosas dulces encima, pero no solas para que uno las pudiera usar con los otros alimentos.

Muy buena atención
Pros:

La habitación era cómoda. Muy cerca del mall y del mar. La atención era muy cordial y atenta. Todos eran muy agradables. Tuvimos un pequeño percance con la cena porque los argentinos comemos tarde en general y su cocina cierra a las 22, pero hicieron lo posible para que sea agradable. Muy bien en general.

Sin aire acondicionado ni estacionamiento suficiente.
Pros:

El tamaño de la cama.

Cons:

Tina muy pequeña, estacionamiento a 3 cuadras del edificio y no se informa antes de reservar, y si hay muchos pasajeros te pueden bloquear la salida. Calor durante la noche y no tienen aire acondicionado.
