Important information:

Spa at St. David's opening hours: From Monday to Friday - 06:30 am - 9:00pm From Saturday to Sunday:- 7:30pm - 9:00pm. Please, be advised at busy times the property may restrict access to the spa in order to ensure guests are able to get the most from our facilities in a safe manner.

Children's Swim Times -Daily: 7:30am to 9:30am / 4:00pm to 6:00pm.
Children under the age of 18 need to be accompanied by an adult (under 4 years: one child per adult, 4-8 years: two children per adult, 8 years+: three children per adult)

Please note that the hotel parking is limited and is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis at £27.00 for 24 hours.

The credit/debit card used at the time of the booking needs to be presented upon check-in.

Upon arrival, we require all guests to pre authorize a debit/credit card of their choosing at £50 per night, per room for incidentals.

If the guest does not use this deposit, it will be released back to them at the end of their stay and will be reflected in their account 5-7 business days after check out.

Pets are allowed upon prior arrangement for an additional fee of GBP 35 per night. There are some adjustments to the opening hours of the restaurant.

• 1 dog allowed per room – up to 30kg (up to a Labrador size dog) or 2 small dogs under 30kg.
• £35.00 per day per dog includes water bowl, food bowl (no food included) dog bed, cleaning charge & Woof cakes.

Honeymoon few days away staff were excellent accommodation lovely location beautiful

Wonderful
Pros:

Lovely pool and absolutely delicious food. My therapist was Kanchan (KJ) who was absolutely lovely and the massage was so wonderful and relaxing. She made me feel at ease as it was my first massage and was super friendly. Very happy

Got to be the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in absolutely beautiful,rooms beautiful with balcony over looking the bay,breakfast amazing,staff go above and beyond,I didn’t get chance to use the spa but looks great ,I highly recommend this luxury hotel,

Great massage, food was poor
Pros:

My friend bought us a spa/lunch package for my birthday. Thermal experience was ok, but I’m not fussed on all that anyway. My back/neck and head massage was with Beau. She is absolutely amazing. I’ve had quite a few back and shoulder massages and she is by far , the best. Magic Hands! She knew exactly where the knots were and she got them out. Wow!! Definitely book to have her again. Thank you Beau. Xx
The relaxation room wasn’t the best. Cold and no relaxing sounds.
Then we had a 2 course meal. Mmmm, not great. Tasty but the variety is poor.
Main meal was Caesar salad , some other salad and vegan burger! Come on St David’s, you can do better than that.

Nice invigorating spa morning
Pros:

A very good invigorating spa morning. We started with the treatment first (5 stars for Marzena for a thorough back, shoulders, neck and head massage), followed by use of the pool and sauna (only 4 stars because a bit dated now and limited hydrotherapy options). Lunch is now in the bar/restaurant area but a decent selection on the menu and large portions so you don't leave hungry. Overall a good experience and we'll probably do it again. At £115 pp I think it is worth the money!

Relax in smart surroundings and a beautiful view from the restaurant.
Pros:

Had a lovely Summer Glo package experience. The massage and facial with Hema was really relaxing. It certainly teased out the stress knots in my shoulders.
The only disappointment was the choices for the 2 course lunch included. The mains were very basic. Salad, gnocchi or vegan burger. The caesar salad was uninspiring although it did have a nice dressing.
I had the vegan burger with fries which was so dry I couldn't finish it. Chickpea and herb patty with cabbage shreds masquerading as slaw with no mayo alternative or anything to help mitigate the dryness.

Most relaxing experience
Pros:

Marzena was my therapist. Marzena's gentle, relaxing voice coupled with the expertly delivered Marine back scrub and moisturise almost sent me to sleep. I highly recommend this treatment with her and would request Marzena when I return. It is now the day after and I am still relaxed and my skin feels so smooth. Thank you.

Amazing experience
Pros:

Therapist Hema and Bernedetta were wonderful, lovely calming experience, they were thorough explaining all the steps with aftercare advice. Would definitely visit them again.
