Lovely rooms
No hand sanitizer available at the food stations in the restaurant
Lovely room with fabulous view, very comfortable bed
Faff of logging onto the WiFi. Dogs sitting on chairs in the bar and being fed.
Perfect hotel for our short break. Staff always ready to help. Excellent room.

Great hotel at the heart of Cardiff Bay.
Staff are always friendly and welcoming. Nice to see pets allowed too and catered for very well in the surcharge that’s paid.
Some rooms feel a little more dated and Aircon is some rooms is hit and miss. Our most recent stay even with the Aircon on max the room was over 28 degrees. Previous rooms had a more modern Aircon system.
Room service was excellent - and our food selection was very good, hot and tasty. Expensive but quality was good. 79 of your Kings pounds for burger/chips chicken Salad, extra portion of chips and 2 pints of beer. As I say good quality tho.
Nice touch of Water in fridge - appreciated that.
Aircon - old system
TV - not really that smart?
Parking - london prices in Cardiff. Must be something that can be done here.
Location and view was perfect, so much care
We was hoping for a steam room but was very happy with the other facilities
From the moment we arrived, every interaction with the team was outstanding. Without exception, the staff were warm, attentive and genuinely seemed to enjoy what they do — which creates such a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Whoever is responsible for recruitment and team culture deserves real credit. The commitment to customer service is obvious throughout the hotel, and the every individual member of the team should be very proud of what they have created.
The hotel itself is fabulous. We were very fortunate to receive an upgrade to a beautiful suite overlooking the bay, and the view was simply stunning.
The restaurant was equally impressive — an extensive menu with a wonderful variety of options, all of a very high standard. Choosing what to have was the hardest part.
A fantastic experience all round and somewhere we would very happily return to.
Very slight niggle, we couldn’t get any breakfast room service at 6.15am, and we weren’t informed of the start times, appreciate it was in the small print on the menu card, which we failed to read!
Nothing wish I stayed home
I asked for 1 double bed I come in as I paid £233 I was told I’m going to have that and when I went down he asked me to prove to him that I booked for a 1 double for 2 guests and also was told by one staff member that a other staff member was saying I smell behind my back I didn’t enjoy my stay felt so unwelcome and will be taking it further felt like some staff look down at people here ! Also have someone above banging like hell
The suite was outstanding the bedding was out of this world
