Important information:

Spa at St. David's opening hours: From Monday to Friday - 06:30 am - 9:00pm From Saturday to Sunday:- 7:30pm - 9:00pm. Please, be advised at busy times the property may restrict access to the spa in order to ensure guests are able to get the most from our facilities in a safe manner.

Children's Swim Times -Daily: 7:30am to 9:30am / 4:00pm to 6:00pm.
Children under the age of 18 need to be accompanied by an adult (under 4 years: one child per adult, 4-8 years: two children per adult, 8 years+: three children per adult)

Please note that the hotel parking is limited and is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis at £27.00 for 24 hours.

The credit/debit card used at the time of the booking needs to be presented upon check-in.

Upon arrival, we require all guests to pre authorize a debit/credit card of their choosing at £50 per night, per room for incidentals.

If the guest does not use this deposit, it will be released back to them at the end of their stay and will be reflected in their account 5-7 business days after check out.

Pets are allowed upon prior arrangement for an additional fee of GBP 35 per night. There are some adjustments to the opening hours of the restaurant.

• 1 dog allowed per room – up to 30kg (up to a Labrador size dog) or 2 small dogs under 30kg.
• £35.00 per day per dog includes water bowl, food bowl (no food included) dog bed, cleaning charge & Woof cakes.

Rocco Forte to Vocco Cardiff Bay...Fabulous 🤩
Pros:

Location , Large room with Balcony overlooking the Bay , Pool and Spa Area , Love the new reception area , more welcoming.

Super friendly Staff.

Room Service £5.00 tray extra cost.

We very much enjoyed our stay in Cardiff Bay
Pros:

Room was comfortable and spacious, breakfast excellent and location great for short walk into town and to walk around the barrage.

Cons:

There was no Gideon bible. The Gideons in Cardiff would probably be pleased to supply bibles for all rooms.

Great hotel,fab location. Large comfy rooms.
Excellent lady in Restaurant called Lorretta. Shes a real credit!

Lovely hotel in a great location however a few issues which unfortunately could not be fixed
Pros:

The room was a nice size, with a great view from the balcony. Great location in the heart of Cardiff Bay.

Cons:

The air conditioning did not work, this was reported and maintenance came to take a look but unfortunately it did not get fixed. The only channels that worked were BBC1 & BBC2, again this was reported and fixed, however it only lasted for an hour and all other channels were again lost. A lady came to the room in the evening as maintenance had finished their shift but she was unable to fix the problem and could not move us as the hotel was full. For the price of the hotel you would not think you would get these issues!

Amazing hotel in a brilliant position with the most amazingly helpful and friendly staff!
Pros:

Has a real wow factor. All the rooms seem to have a view and the central atrium rising up the middle or the building is amazing. Our room was spacious and very clean.

Cons:

When we stayed the car parking was under real pressure. It seems the big car park for the whole Bay Area was out of action and people were parking everywhere — including up the double yellow lines!
