The location was good. Staff was helpful.
The breakfast was disappointing. The waffle batter dispenser was broken, the eggs were soggy and bacon was overcooked and very greasy. I also found a bug in my suitcase when I got home. I think it was a silverfish. The bed was uncomfortable
Our room was super clean, and the rooms look just like the pictures. Everything looked brand new. All of the staff were super friendly and helpful. I didn't get to try the pool because we got in late on the nights that we stayed but would've been so awesome and we were looking fwd to getting in! We slept peacefully with no distractions. Breakfast was much appreciated and super convenient. The decor throughout was a breath of fresh air. I love the pictures of the ships in the halls and lobby. The front porch was so inviting and relaxing in the evenings. I would recommend to everyone and anyone to take advantage of Country Inn @Annapolis. It is right beside the mall and theatres. There is brunch right around the corner at "Eggcellence", if you miss the breakfast in the hotel. Red Hot and Blue Restaurant is amazing for dinner if you like barbeque pork, chicken, etc. Also, Sandy Point State Point Park is close by- 10 minutes?

clean room, friendly staff, great breakfast
Reception was very friendly and helpful, as was the housekeeping team. The room was perfect for our needs (traveling with two puppies we rescued that day!), comfortable and easy to keep clean. Plenty of towels and soap.
Check in and check out were fast and easy.
The area designated for dogs was pretty small and people tended to not pick up after their dogs, so it wasn’t easy to walk freely. Also, it was located down some pretty steep stairs.
We washed a beadspread then found neither of the driers worked. The bedspread was mostly dry after the spin cycle, so not a big deal.
clean-quiet-except for AC
The AC was very noisy abd made it hard to sleep. i was on the 2nd floor
Everything was clean, and the staff was very courteous and responsive.

The atmosphere, decor , appearance and style of the location wasn’t for me but nice for older generations, gave assistant living vibes, jacuzzi in room was mediocre

Check in was easy and the staff were very accommodating. The breakfast was great and covered all bases. For the most part clean but the carpets were a little dated.
The pool seemed larger in the pictures than it actually is but not a big deal. The gym room is very small.

Breakfast was the only thing that could use some improvement in the bread/rolls cabinet - some of it cold or not of exactly great quality,
There was only two carts for a hotel with many rooms/guests. It could bring in one more.
Staff was wonderful, housekeeping outstanding, breakfast great and room was clean and spacious
AC was pretty noisy when coming on
The location was convenient for our needs. The price was reasonable, although not inexpensive. The cookies.
This hotel does not deserve to have a 4* rating nor be above and 8. Maybe 20 years ago it earned it, but it is a tired, worn hotel now. There is no AC in the elevator and was like a sweatbox. We found a dead spider under one of our pillows. They only make the rooms up every three days, which is impossibly difficult with two teenagers. When we asked to have our room made up before the three days, the staff acted like we were being unreasonable.
The breakfast tasted like it fell off of the Sysco truck and fell short of Choice hotel standards. The exercise facility had no towels or water. The hot tub was unclean. We will never stay at this property again and we travel here often.

The beds where not comfortable and had to ask for clean towels, toilet tissue, maintaining a room daily. The services was absolutely horrible.
It was basically clean, quiet, and comfortable. The carpeting is in serious need of replacing. The breakfast was really lacking with a poor choice of Chex only cereals, lack of juice choices, poor fruit choices, and a defective waffle mix dispenser. I didn't expect much, and I wasn't disappointed in that respect. The rate was high, but not unexpected for Annapolis.
