Pros:

I really like the burger lab was there. They put other vendor rather than only hotels cafe.

The overall stay is wonderful

Spacious bedroom

Cons:

Parking was rather difficult. It was a full house. I needed to walk all the way from the golf course carpark to the hotel. ?no shuttle service provided?

The shower and the bathtub is not separated, increasing the risk of fall.

My room AC is too hot. It was not cold at all hence not enjoyable.

The fridge is too noisy. And it wasn’t cold.

Not enough facial tissue provided.

Some of the towels provided were ripped.

Soundproofing and Check Out at 11AM..
Pros:

The scenary, lot of other options for food. Room is spacious enough, got bath tub and clean.

Cons:

Checkout at 11AM.. too early! Also why no express check out? If i have to queue up for 20 mins just to check out, better i leave later. Room no soundproofing. For a hotel that frequently do event, soundproofing is a must. I hate being awake from a bad karaoke.

Cons:

Nothing. Except the tiles in the room are cold. Perhaps should provide the disposable slipper as my parents are elderly in their late 80's... So they are cold.

Worth the money
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at Bangi Golf Resort. From the moment I arrived, the entrance, lobby, and reception area felt very welcoming. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a large bed. I also requested an extra bed with breakfast included, and it was just as comfortable. My two sons really enjoyed the swimming pool and playroom. The breakfast spread offered a good variety of choices as well. Overall, it’s highly recommended for a relaxing short escape from the city.
