Poor Customer Service (Reception)
Pros:

Reception staffs is not friendly at all .. i asked for early check in by saying i will pay for half day they said it room not available .. okay thats totally understandable . But the reception staff is not friendly at all ..They are working like a robot .. Very poor Customer service , no greeting or not even a smile .. This is first and last stay here.. not going to recommend to friends or family ..

Our Copthorne Cameron Highlands experience

Had an absolutely wonderful stay at Copthorne Hotel Cameron Highlands! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations.

The room was spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable, with breathtaking views that made the whole experience even more memorable. Waking up to the cool highland air was truly refreshing.

Breakfast was outstanding, a wide variety of delicious options, all well-prepared and satisfying. It was the perfect way to start each day.

The location is simply excellent, making it easy to explore the beauty of Cameron Highlands while still enjoying a peaceful and relaxing environment.

A special mention to Cik Nazierah at the front office, her warmth, professionalism, and willingness to assist made a big difference to our stay. She went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and well taken care of.

Overall, this was an amazing experience. Highly recommended, and we will definitely be coming back again!

The location was nice as usual because I’ve been a customer for Copthorne since 2018, and probably since with my parent, when the hotel known as Equatorial. The service is superb and it has improved since I first visited here. Of course will come again. Also, thanks to Ms Nazierah for the service on my checkout.
