Poor experience! We stayed there because of location but also wuth expectation of a cozy room and an exceptional breakfa

The property was in a good location however it nothing was as expected.

Cons:

They gave us a room even though was nó smoking it was close to the smoking área, the smoke smell was so stronger that we could smell it from our room! The room was clean and ok but far from expectations. No Coffee on our rooms in the morning only decaffeinated. The breakfast was served between 5:00 tô 8:00 AM, we arrived 7:30 Am thwy had only one person serving reception and the breakfast! It was far from expectations, it didn’t have pancakes because the machine was broken, no coffee tô be served, very poor selection, they had food but no plates and knives, we used spoon to put butter on our bread. The bread was two slice that has to be shared with family members! A lady came with her kids and have no bread , she has to wait for plates and knife and spoon. It was very upsetting! We paid 110 dollars same as a 4 stars hotel wuth expectation after amazing reviews and Note 8,0 on Booking.com and it was a real scammer! Who still offer an option with carpet and rug close to à smoke hotel room.

This was the first time we had a room facing the hi-way which made for a lot of traffic noise but honestly didn’t keep us awake

We were happy with our stay at your hotel
Pros:

The breakfast offered was good and the hotel is in a good location central to the city amenities. We found the staff friendly and the hotel was clean

Cons:

The beds were not super comfy, the mattress seemed uneven and the pillows were not supportive.

Not bad for a stop along the way on a very long trip. Super 8 is a good place to stay. Convenient to our travel needs, dining, and gas. Nothing fancy, but nice.
