Beautiful rooms with comfortable beds. Very clean and friendly staff:)
Pros:

Next to the area we needed to be for the concert

Cons:

The pool was down and the outside needs some nicer features to show what is inside the building is wonderful . Benches and trees:) no garbage outside?

Overpriced, appalling breakfast, utterly forgettable
Pros:

Corporate, soulless, no lobby to speak of…pretty bland. Room a decent size, quiet . Dismal breakfast; nothing hot, pastries/cake, no breakfast fruit, no orange juice, no healthy cereal, just bread and bagels, all eaten in an adjoining Italian restaurant. Appalling and seriously overpriced.

Good and bad…
Pros:

The good: excellent location. Friendly staff. On site dinner restaurant is quite good, open only for dinner. Rooms as you would expect for the price. A little tired, but clean.
The bad: no hot shower the 2 days we were here. Tried at 5am, 2pm, lukewarm at best. hallways have piped in air freshener that smells like your grammas perfume bottle that was in the bottom or her purse since 1963 fell on the floor and broke. Awful. Breakfast buffet is slightly below average for food, but problematic with procedures. It opens, and fills up fast, then the VERY hard working (and pleasant) server gives you a plate and silverware and the has to take drink orders! Insane when 30 people just sat down. Water came after I finished eating. Why not have a beverage station like most buffets?!

Pros:

Shower wouldn't drain. Toilet had to be flushed several times. Pillows hard as a rock. A/C didn't work. This place has been going downhill for some time. The price is not acceptable for the quality of the stay.

Oasis in the West
Pros:

Stopped here for an overnight stay and some rest between travel from Yellowstone national park and glacier national park. Clean, friendly and accommodating. LOVED access to laundry. Amazing staff even shipped the iPad I left behind to me, too.
