We had a fantastic stay here and were particularly impressed by how amazingly friendly and helpful the staff were, from the moment we arrived right through to departure. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they genuinely went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.
The hotel is in a fantastic, central location, making it really easy to get to all the main sights. The front desk were always happy to offer recommendations, whether we needed restaurant suggestions or advice on the best routes for exploring Paris.
The rooms were on the smaller side, but this is to be expected for a centrally located hotel in Paris. The room was well equipped, with great air conditioning, a handy fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. The bathroom was lovely, with a walk-in shower, waterfall shower head and really nice-smelling toiletries. Our room was also serviced well every day.
We really appreciated the little extras too, including the fresh bakery items and tea and coffee available in the lobby, as well as the cold sparkling water tap downstairs.
We unfortunately had some complications with a cancelled flight home, but the staff were incredibly accommodating and were on hand with suggestions and help whenever we needed it. A special mention to Manon, who was particularly kind and helpful during what could otherwise have been a very stressful situation.
Overall, a lovely hotel in a great location with genuinely wonderful staff. We would happily stay here again and would definitely recommend it for a trip to Paris.
The only issue we noticed was that the door frame beside the walk-in shower was rotten and damaged, possibly because the shower appears to leak slightly. This would be worth addressing, although we could see that maintenance work was already actively being carried out throughout the hotel, so I am sure it will be resolved quickly.

Very small compared to similar priced hotels in the area.
House keeping didn’t always replenish and clean the bathroom despite it being obvious it’s required.
You have to hand in your key card to reception when leaving so rely on receptionists in the night to be at the desk and allow you in, before collecting the key. The problem was that the desk wasn’t always manned and the buzzer had to be pressed a lot. Resulting it waiting outside the hotel at night for longer than necessary.
