Great place to stay
Pros:

We have stayed in this hotel for many years now on our annual trip to France, it is in a perfect location to explore the walled city. The staff are friendly and welcoming, The room we had this year was slightly cramped for space.
I do feel that a handrail is required for entrance steps as help for the 'older' generation.
On the whole we love the place.

Great place right by the front gate!
Pros:

Great space right in the middle of the city by the front gate, so you can wander throughout everything. Close to the bus station - the only way to get there from the train station, as the taxis in this city need to be booked days in advance. Great, friendly staff. Small elevator, but it will get your bags up, maybe just not with more than one of you in it! Very pleasant stay, highly recommend.

Better than expected
Pros:

My family had a connecting room and it was so much better than I imagined. They were clean and tidy and very big rooms the extra space was perfect for our little one to relax and play his games of an evening

Nice hotel - but hot
Pros:

Very nice and charming hotel. However, there was no aircon, so with 28°C outside it was difficult to sleet. Open windows not an option due to bars close to hotel room. Noise reduction was fine, bathroom fine, bed OK. Room rather small. Breakfast fine. Nice personnel. Parking - if you are lucky.

Pros:

Great place for overnight stay. Close to ramparts, carpark, bars and restaurants. Peaceful night sleep due good double glazing. Room not so big but ok for the 1 night.

Pros:

Great location, clean and super nice friendly staff. The only downside was a very slow, small elevator. We were on the 5th floor and with luggage it was a long wait sometimes for the lift. We walked down but going up was a hassle.
