The room and bed sheets were so dirty. We had to keep our clothes on and sleep on top of the covers.
Convenient location
Told me my reservation hadn’t been pushed through by booking.com and I needed to reach out to them. I had printed confirmation email and they still told me to call booking.com. Spent over an hour trying to work it out.
It was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was prepackaged honey buns and waffles Coffee was ok.
Should be a bit cheaper.

The bed was very comfortable but the duvet was lumpy and the pillow was small and hard.
They should provide earplugs. I have never been in a place with more trains coming through blowing horns all night long. Breakfast was awful, two kinds of sugar cereal, bad coffee, and a toaster with nothing to toast. The first bad omen was the horrible stink of smoke at the entrance which we soon realized was from the desk clerk's frequent smoke breaks.
The desk clerk at check in was wonderful and quite helpful......on a scale of 10 he was a 15!!!!!
Wish I could say the same thing about the room....quite small and no coffee, which would have been appreciated.

didn't get breakfast because we spent the morning in the er.
we were told where the room was and had to find it ourselves. it was down a hallway, and nobody offered to hold doors. open to make it easier for us to get to the room my partner slipped on a pile of ice and broke her leg. nobody asked if we needed help, didn't even offer to call 911. when we were leaving the only thing offered us was the bill. we spent the next day at the er and had to cancel the rest of our trip. because it was so late future hotels refused to give us refund even though we explained why we took so long getting back to them.
It was clean, very comfortable bed, staff friendly. Good value for money.
