Nice place in London
Pros:

Very good value, a few minutes' walk away from Paddington Station. Quiet, safe area, even at night. Kind staff and nice room. Tea, biscuits and hot water in the lobby.

Cons:

The bathroom of the room we were in needs a bit of work done...

Pros:

The lads on reception are absolute gents . We stayed on a Tuesday night and it was excellent value . Good size room , really quiet .

Cons:

Kettle and tea in the room would have been nice but I'm not making any serious complaints , will definitely use again.

Decepcionante experiencia
Pros:

Ubicación, puedes coger guagua hasta prácticamente todos los puntos de interés turístico de la ciudad e incluso caminando hasta ciertos sectores como zona de Hyde Park, Museo Natural, Nottingh Hill, etc. El barrio es tranquilo y tiene todo lo necesario. El alojamiento para escapar está bien, por el precio es lo más barato-calidad que encontramos. Tienes café, galletas y caramelos gratis en el hall.

Cons:

Nos colocaron en una habitación de la última planta, enana, tipo boardilla. Hasta ahí, bueno, ni tan mal. Pero por la noche teníamos un extractor justo encima de la habitación y fue literalmente imposible dormir bien. Al día siguiente solicitamos cambio de habitación por este motivo, y nos colocaron en una del sótano (la única libre que quedaba), decidimos aceptar porque necesitábamos descansar y dormir esa noche mejor que la anterior, y nuestra sorpresa fue que el metro pasaba justo por debajo de la habitación (pequeño detalle que no nos proporcionaron al darnos esta opción). Por tanto, aunque el ruido cesaba y volvía y durante la madrugada menguó, fue bastante incómoda nuestra estancia y el hecho de que no nos informaran de esta situación (ya que nos cambiábamos precisamente por los ruidos) resultó ser bastante decepcionante. IMPORTANTE: si vas a reservar en este alojamiento recomiendo solicitar habitación en las plantas intermedias y llevar tus propias toallas (en ambas habitaciones estaban sucias y olían mal). Lo más agradable de la estancia fue uno de los trabajadores del hotel (un señor algo mayor que el resto) que al contarle nuestra experiencia en la habitación superior mostró plena disposición al cambio y además nos ofreció desayuno gratis para compensar nuestra mala noche. Gracias por eso.

Pros:

The room was a good size, the bed was comfortable. The man at the reception was very friendly and helped out when I needed help. The location, though, was absolutely perfect. Super easy to get around in London.

Cons:

Breakfast was unfortunately quite disappointing, and the breakfast staff wasn't particularly friendly. I would not get the breakfast option if I were you. One thing with the room - I came for work, and the desk wasn't big enough and hard to access to do any work from the hotel room.
