Motel was great booking. Com needs major changes
Pros:

I booked the room through booking.com and that was a major mistake. If it had not been for the gentleman at the front desk and his manager I would have cancelled and stayed somewhere else.

Clean, friendly staff.

Cons:

No ice buckets in the room. No way to get ice but to use a plastic bag if u had one. No cookies available 😢. Air conditioner was hard to come on.

Random Stay @ different Hotel
Pros:

Overall it was good. Accidentally booked for the wrong days. Was able to change the days without any additional cost so that was good. The size of the room was great. The bathroom and shower were acceptable.

Cons:

Could have used two more towels, even though just two people for one night. Water pressure and hot water were only acceptable. TV was good, channels easy to switch and volume okay.

Staff was friendly. Cookies & water upon arrival, breakfast was good.

Cons:

There is no hot tub like booking advertises. Our microwave didn’t work. They did let us use the one in the breakfast area. Location is close to the highway so there is highway noise, we didn’t notice that when booking. Our smoke alarm went off at 430 am. They did come immediately remove it but it was annoying to wake up to. There was a stain in the shower. We had the do not disturb sign on our door the morning of check out while we went to a workout. When we came back our towels were gone. We had to track someone down to find more towels. All of this was told to a manager and she did apologize.
