Comfort of the receptionists who escape to the sauna vs Guest comfort

The theatre played for me at the hotel. Was nice to watch it

Cons:

The pipe under the sink leaking (the picture added), the coldness in the room, (even tho the thermostat was set to 30°C) (the picture added), the inability of receptionists to provide me the Beschwerdebuch to officially complain about the hotel. The tries of the receptionist to escape the hotel through the sauna exit when he understood that I complain through the official structures (Bundesministerium für gesundheit, Bezirksamt Berlin). The pictures to document the malfunctioning facilities were gathered as facts

It was good nevertheless for one night, it was spacious considering having an infant who crawl.

The mobel are old, i have a baby, for adult its already clean, but with a child my son found a crumbs under the table and sessel, we also didn’t have bathrobes

Super Hotel
Pros:

Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber die Klasse hatte es nicht verloren. Wir haben es zum zweiten Mal gebucht und da unsere Familie in der Nähe wohnt, werden wir es bestimmt wieder buchen.
Saubere, geräumige Zimmer. Super Service und prima Ausstattung.

Cons:

Eine Dusche anstatt der Badewanne wäre von Vorteil.

Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel direkt an der Spree mit zentraler Anbindung (U-Bahn) direkt um die Ecke. Saubere Zimmer, sehr bequeme Betten und ein leckeres, abwechslungsreiches Frühstück . Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Jederzeit gerne wieder .😊
