The hotel is well situated and easy walking distance to all major city centre attractions.

Dobra lokalizacja

Cons:

Brak klimatyzacji, przy upałach w Berlinie w pokoju mimo wiatraka było za ciepło.
Brak sprzątania / chociaż wyniesienia śmieci/ - przy 4 gwiazdkach to kpina.

Great location but very poor room servicing and cleaning

Good location

Cons:

Room was extremely hot was there was no Air conditioning. It was a heatwave so we had a fan but it was still very very hot and uncomfortable. The housekeeping was non-existent, so our room was never made over. I collected towels from reception and left our dirty cups and glassware outside the room. I think they have an issue with this as that's what a member of staff said. I got a late checkout and complimentary breakfast on the last day to try and make up for the lack of room cleaning etc

Cons:

No tiene aire acondicionado . Nos tocaron días de mucho calor y no están preparados . El ventilador roto, no había forma de ponerlo en posición.
El frigobar no enfriaba tampoco.
Nos fueron unas botellas de agua natural para combatir el cslor. Insuficiente.

2 sobres de café para 3 días de estadía para 2 personas. 4 estrellas?

Pros:

Sehr schönes, sauberes, geräumiges Zimmer und Bad! Super Lage an der Spree! Wasserkocher mit kostenlosem Tee, Kakao und Instantkaffee im Zimmer. Sehr sehr leckeres Frühstück mit schönem Angebot auch für Vegetarier:-) Sehr angenehme Betten!

Cons:

Zimmer war sehr hellhörig. Gespräche im Nebenzimmer (die leider die ganze Nacht bis frühmorgens andauerten) waren sehr gut zu hören....

Pros:

Top Lage und gute Ausstattung. Es gab in der Nähe auch genug Parkplätze.

Cons:

Preis vom Frühstück völlig übertrieben. Um die Ecke ist ein Cafe, dort haben wir dann gefrühstückt.
