Es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Das Zimmer bot einen Blick auf die Spree. Die Ausstattung ist sehr sinnvoll und angemessen.

Cons:

Es gab keine Beanstandungen.

Cons:

Be careful if you are travelling to this hotel by car.

I stayed at this hotel from 2–4 May 2026. The hotel uses a nearby parking garage (which, by the way, does not have enough capacity for all hotel guests).

I paid for parking for my entire stay and was told that I could freely enter and leave the garage with my car.

However, I recently received a parking fine for €86, claiming that my car had not been paid for during the second night of my stay.

When I contacted the hotel, the management simply replied that I had allegedly registered a different licence plate and paid for only one night. They refused to investigate the issue or help resolve it, despite the fact that I had paid for parking for the entire stay.

LARGE Room, Bathroom, Super Clean, Cozy Beds: OUTSTANDING Value and Comfort: Top 10% of Berl Hotels
Pros:

Large, Very Clean, Large Bathrooms with Super Hot Shower. EXCELLENT Hotel for the price. LOVE this place- not at all far from Alexanderplatz. Staff are Excellent, and Cleaners are Outstanding

Great stay but could need AC in the rooms
Pros:

The breakfast was good, the rooms clean and the bed comfortable. The staff was helpful and the location was great right next to both a bus stop and an u-bahn station.

Cons:

The room didn't have an AC, only a cooling fan which was rather loud. It wasn't possible to pre-book parking which made planning harder.

Zentral gelegenes, gediegenes Haus, mit tollem Personal zum wohlfühlen
Pros:

Sehr zentral aber ruhig gelegen, insbesondere für Ausflüge in Berlin Mitte und dem Ostteil der Stadt. U- Bahn und Bushaltestellen ebenso direkt am Hotel, wie die Clubszene Berlins. Eine lebhafte, gute Gastronomie mit liebevollen Angeboten und teilweise hochklassiger Küche runden die Lage für mich ab. Die sauberen Zimmer sind, für den Preis, sehr geräumig und gediegen eingerichtet. Ich habe es genossen bei geöffnetem Fenster in bequemen Betten zu schlafen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat uns bei jedem Wunsch unterstützt. Von diesem Ort bieten sich schöne Fahrradtouren mit den Hauseigenen Rädern an. Da ich schon öfter hier zu Gast war, kann ich weiterhin sagen, ich komme immer sehr gerne zurück.

Близко к станциям метро, номера чистые и очень удобные кровати.
Pros:

Рядом есть магазин, ресторан, станция метро. Очень удобная кровать, подушки и одеяла. Было очень комфортно и приятно спать, наконец выспалась после неудачных отелей. Очень чисто, есть чайник, кофе/чай. Удобные выключатели, можно контролировать свет с кровати. Наличие биде и ванны было кстати. Хороший напор воды и можно принять ванну, что я и сделала.

Cons:

При входе в отель есть ступеньки, тащить чемоданы тяжело. Окно в номере выходило «внутрь отеля» и ночью попадал свет из коридора, даже через занавески. Либо звукоизоляция не очень хорошая, либо соседи очень громкие, их было слышно. Туалет пах неприятно. Лейка душа была немного сломана, протекала.
