Cons:

No te hacían la habitación. Estuve una semana y solo te arreglan la habitación los miércoles. Y todos los días teniendo que pedir toallas limpias. La papelera hasta arriba y tenía que bajar yo la basura, las persianas se suben sla por la noche y no hay manera de bajarla, por lo que entra toda la claridad por la mañana y te despierta a las 5,30

Temizlik, konum.

Cons:

Lavaboya sabun bırakılmamıştı, resepsiyondan istedik. 2 kişi ve 2 gün için 1 tane ince sabun verildi. Oda orta hole bakıyordu. Stor perde vardı tam karartma özelliği yoktu sanırım. Hava erken aydınlandığından kaliteli uyku uyuyamadım. Bir de odaya terlik bırakılsa güzel olurdu (Neyseki getirmiştik).

Location simply cannot be beat imo, but lacks modern amenities
Pros:

the location is simply amazing, by the river with restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy, and main attractions near by, subway entry less than 100 m away. excellent location imo

Cons:

bit of old furniture. Little TVs, very spacious though, very large room. The AC only blows into one room, so the other room will be hot in the summer. There was a fan in the closet of the other room, so I am sure it gets hot as heck in the summertime. thankfully not too hot during our stay, but we had to sleep with the window open in the bedroom and it is a noisy area with cars and people, so you could hear conversations clearly, along with car horns, and loud engines of buses and garbage trucks. Parking was sold out, so I had to find parking elsewhere... not an easy task in Berlin. The CRAZY thing was that you cannot reserve the parking .... I tried! So it is first-come, i would have a backup plan for parking next time.

Old but good hotel in Berlin center
Pros:

The room was clean, the stuff was really kind and they let us leave the luggage the day of arrival before checkin and the day of leaving after checkout.

Cons:

The pillows were not really comfortable. We found the hotel a little bit expensive for what it offered.

Für eine Nacht ok
Pros:

Gleich eine Bushaltestelle in der Nähe mit direkter Verbindung zum Bahnhof.Restaurants in der Nähe.Saubete Zimmer.Freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Die Tische zum Frühstück standen auf dem Flur direkt vor unserem Zimmer.Sehr befremdlich.Es war sehr laut im Zimmer ab 7 Uhr.Stühle scharren, Getrampel, Möbel rücken.Das Waschbecken im Bad könnte mal erneuert werden.Es hatte viele Risse.

Perfekt für einen Stadttrip
Pros:

Super ausgestattetes Zimmer, viel Platz, kleine Küche. Tolle Lage um zu Fuss ins Zentrum zu gelangen. Zuvorkommendes Personal. Saune perfekt zum relaxen, wenn auch ohne Zugang ins Freie.

Cons:

Zimmer war anfangs mit Schlüssel verschlossen, musste nochmal runterlaufen, Wurde aber prompt gelöst. Leider keine Hotelparkplätze mehr frei, obwohl ich darum im Vorfeld gebeten hatte. Konnte aber in der Umgebung mit 2 Tagesticket (ca. 50€) parken. Nicht ganz günstig aber öffentliche freie Parkplätze sind vorhanden.

Die MitarbeiterInnen! Die Sauberkeit. Die Lage! Dass wir ein Upgrade in ein Appartement hatten.

Das Mobiliar ist in die Jahre gekommen und durchgewohnt- und gesessen.
