Was a convenient hotel to stay in Munich but didnt love the ambience and cleanliness.
Pros:

The location was in a quiet pretty neighbourhood and easy to go everywhere from there because the tram station was close enough. There were quite a few breakfast places and coffee shops around. I loved the fact that it had a massive supermarket in the property - it was extremely helpful. The Italian restaurant below the hotel was also exceptional.

Cons:

The bed sheet was dirty and even after housekeeping changed the first one, the second one was a bit dirty as well. there were what looked like coffee stains on the wallpaper in the passage. my room didn't have any of the crockery and cutlery that the room was supposed to be equipped with. the bottom of the cupboard looked dusty as well. overall I didn't love the cleanliness of the hotel.
Daily housekeeping wasn't a part of their routine. The guest had to inform them before 6 pm if they needed the room to be cleaned the next morning - this was a big inconvenience. They should write it in their details on the website; rather than informing guests at check in.

Pros:

Personal sehr freundlich. Haus zwar in die Jahre gekommen, aber sehr sauber.
Zimmerwechsel problemlos, das uns zugeteilte war sehr heiss, haben eines zum Hof hinaus bekommen.

Immer wieder gerne
Pros:

Wunderbares „Stadthotel“, haben lange Jahre in der Nähe gewohnt, UBahn in der Nähe, hatten ein Appartement im Nebenhaus, sehr ruhig, das Frühstück haben wir nicht gebucht aus Termingründen…sehr gutes italienisches Restaurant nebenan

Excellent Accomodation & Great Staff
Pros:

Greeat value for money, the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Located in a quiet area but very close to both metro and tram stations.

Gut Platz für Familien (4 Pers.), mit Schrank und Ablagefläche. Kleine Küchenzeile, Terrasse, zwei Fernseher. Sehr gute Lage Nähe Olympiapark, mit guter öffentlicher Verkehrsanbindung.

Cons:

Einige Treppen, Ausstieg auf Terrasse unpraktisch (bei unserer Einheit).
