In dieser Preisklasse ein super Hotel mit außergewöhnlich nettem Personal!

Super freundliches Personal, sehr gute Lage, tolles Frühstück, sehr gutes Preis-Leisungsverhältnis

Cons:

Es gibt keine schöne Lobby, in die man sich am Abend noch setzen könnte.

Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis
Pros:

Ruhige Umgebung. Kurzer Fußweg zur Haltstelle der Straßenbahn, von dort wenige Haltestellen in die Innenstadt. Frühstücksangebot war dem Preis entsprechend. Zimmer war ganz ok, könnte mal wieder renoviert werden, aber für den Übernachtungspreis völlig i.O.

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut, super Service. Schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber für einen Kurzaufenthalt vollkommen ok.

Heruntergekommen und renovierungsbedürftig.
Pros:

Gutes Frühstück und freundliches Personal. Die Einrichtung war ok.

Cons:

Der Eingangsbereich, Garderobe und Bad sind sehr heruntergekommen. In der Garderobe lag Dreck. Der Preis von über 130€ ist daher nicht angemessen.

Für den Preis war das Living Hotel eine gute Unterkunft. Die Bahnanbindung zum Zentrum war hervorragend.
Pros:

Das Apartment war geräumig und verfügte über viel Stauraum.

Cons:

Leider riechte es eigenartig in dem Apartment. Der Geruch ging in die Richtung von Schweiß. Obwohl es sauber war und die Bettwäsche gewaschen, roch diese ebenfalls muffig.

Pros:

Posizione ottima vicino all'Olympiapark e alla fermata della metro, ristorante italiano di fianco all'Hotel, comodità e pulizia camera, tranquillità della zona con zero rumori di traffico, buone possibilità di parcheggio se si viene in auto

Cons:

TV collegata ad internet per poter usufruire di Netflix, Youtube, Prime Video, ecc.

Pros:

There is big garage parking, pet friendly.

Cons:

Hotel is outdated, strange noises all night, staff is like robots, they don't have solutions just learned phrases. There are no instructions for the garage, I had to call like 5 times to explain to us how to go in and go out from the garage.
