Pros:

酒店的位置非常好，交通便利，楼下有个商场，餐馆购物大超市一应俱全。房间很大，整洁干净，还赠送一次性拖鞋，这在欧洲挺不容易的。早餐中规中矩。

Cons:

我们住的房间空调面板好像是坏了，不能自己控制，但是酒店可以从后台控制，有点麻烦。

Excellent location, close to a shopping mall, restaurants, and bars. Only a 7-minute walk to the metro. Very clean, with excellent staff, and spacious, comfortable rooms.

Un buen Hotel pero confusion con las descripciones de las camas en booking😕

La ubicacion y el desayuno.

Cons:

La especificacion de las habitaciones en booking es confusa. Todas las opciones estan descritas como cama extragarnade. Sin embargo no es así. Esperabamos una cama extragrande entendiendo que seria la extra king y no fue así. En el Hotel nos informaron que esa referencia no se refiere a la cama extra king. Realmente fue frustante no tener el tipo de cama que queriamos. El hotel estaba lleno asi que tuvimos que aceptar la habitacion y el Hotel nos dijo que ellos no son responsables de las especificaciones del operador.

Pros:

Hotel de categoría. Habitaciones amplias cómodas y limpias. Desayuno super completo, personal agradable.

Cons:

Ubicación poco estratégica si tu plan es ir de compras por paseo de gracia/ plaza Cataluña. No encontramos medio de transporte directo. Aunque tiene un shopping al lado con varias opciones.

Las habitaciones amplias y cómodas. El desayuno muy bueno y con opciones para todos los gustos. La ubicación es excelente para desplazarse a cualquier punto de la ciudad.

Cons:

El servicio de internet por WiFi es bastante lento. De los 12 días que pasamos hubo 2 días en que faltó café y agua en el servico a habitación.

Excellent choice!
Pros:

Location! In the heart of a beautiful shopping center, loved the shops there.. local brands!

Cons:

No house keeping 24 hrs.. but everything was decent, staff were wonderful

On the downside, the bed linen and towels seemed outdated and could use replacement. The pillows were not very comfortable, which affected the quality of sleep.
