El cuarto muy bonito e iluminado

Cons:

Se me perdió una candonga en el cuarto y no dieron respuesta, las toallas viejas y no la cambian, el personal de recepción no escucha al cliente con atención, aún no me ha llegado la devolución de los euros que bloquean de la tarjeta por la instancia en la ciudad.

シンプルな上質モダンで快適
Pros:

スタンダードキングルームに宿泊しましたが、大きな窓は道に面していて（でもうるさくない）、スペースが十分にある広々とした部屋でした。モールの一角にある感じで、モールには朝から利用できるカフェもあり便利。モール横には子どもが大喜びするプレイグラウンドがあり、街歩きに興味がない低学年でも機嫌が直ります。目の前にバス停があり（シティツアーバスも停車していました）、サグラダファミリアからは乗り換えなしの20分程度でした。

L'esmorzar era bastant bé, però podria estar millor amb més fuita. La habitació molt agradable i la ubicació perfecta. .

Cons:

Que l'hotel no tingui aparcament i tampoc conveni amb l'aparcament de l'illa no és gens pràctic.

Comfy way to know Barcelona away from the crowds
Pros:

People were friendly since arrival, helping me with everything I needed. Even the team members in training were properly capacitated to serve a guest without problems. Rooms were huge for the price, nice location right at the mall and far away from the hectic city center, but close enough by bus or metro.

Cons:

Breakfast was ok. I feel bad of putting it on the negative side, because it was great, but it was the weakest part of the Hotel's serive.
