Otel kısaca muhteşemdi, ,huzurlu bir ortamı vardı,temizlik çok iyiydi ,personel güler yüzlüydü.

Kahvaltı alanı geniş ve modern tasarlanmış .Ürün çeşitliliği tatmin edici özellikle et ürünleri çok çeşitli sunumları güzeldi,Her gün sabah taze sıkılmış meyve suları , çay ,kahve çeşitleri seçenek fazlaydı , glutensiz seçenekler, meyveli yoğurtlar kısaca aradığınız her şeye ulaşmanız mümkün.Otel konumu çok güzeldi hemen bitişiğinde büyük bir alışveriş merkezinin varlığı çok işinize yarayacaktır.

Cons:

Biz konakladığımızda hava soğuktu ısınma merkezi olduğu için belirli bir saate devreye giriyordu gündüz otelde çok kalmadık ama kaldığımızda biraz serindi tek olumsuz yönü buydu.

Good hotel but only bearly 3 star. Staff where super good in what they do.

Cons:

Air con does not work. You have to call the lobby to do changes. In the end I had to change my room because it it didn't work at all. Breakfast was shameful, lack of everything, eggs tasted like oil and the bacon was just boiled or left in water to overcock. Overpriced hotel for what you get.

Pros:

Good no nonsense hotel, I would say perfect for business travel. Many restaurants nearby but it is not a touristy neighbourhood. There is a fantastic food market in the basement of the adjacent shopping mall.

Very nicely appointed. Great value!
Pros:

We loved this hotel. We had a large room very comfortable. Staff were very nice. Nice outside deck are and common space. Not the most ideal location to attractions but in a nice business area.

SAFETY WARNING: Life-Threatening Incident and Zero Management Accountability
Pros:

I stayed at this property from November 26th to December 18th, 2025. While I am a loyal Marriott Gold Elite member, I feel it is my duty to warn other travelers about the serious safety risks and the lack of professional responsibility at this hotel.
During my stay, I suffered a life-threatening incident caused by gross negligence within the property. I have clear video evidence of this event, which proves how dangerous the situation was.
The most shocking part was not just the incident itself, but the management's reaction. I reached out to the General Manager, Mr. Ruiz, multiple times to find a fair resolution. Instead of taking responsibility for a guest’s safety, the management chose to ignore my emails for weeks and eventually hid behind vague corporate excuses.
If you value your safety and expect a professional response when something goes dangerously wrong, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere in Barcelona. A brand like AC/Marriott should prioritize human life over bureaucracy, but unfortunately, that was not my experience here.
The matter is now being handled by my legal counsel. I have all the documentation and video recordings to support these claims.
Stay away if you expect a safe environment and accountable management.
