Poor customer service
Pros:

The lady at the check-in desk was rude and unfriendly, even after she made an error in our room placement. She was also working the restaurant and said "I cannot make that drink (2 ingredients) and just left us there. No one else to serve us food or drinks. Will NOT stay again

Check in process was a breeze young lady at the desk was pleasant and professional. I needed a room
Close to the elevator because of a medical issue and she made sure I had it. Hotel was clean and well maintained.
