Pros:

The Hyatt Place at Indianapolis Airport is top-notch. Location to the airport is fabulous with a gas station directly across the street making it easy to fill up a rental car just before returning to the airport. We tried a new Brand of hotel this time hoping that we'd experience a step-up from our normal brand of hotel. We were not disappointed. As there is always room for improvement, I would suggest purchasing some new bath towels. They were clean but a little rough on the skin. It's the details that can make a place really stand out. As others have reviewed, the front desk staff is absolutely phenomenal. They truly make you feel welcomed and a part of the Hyatt family.

If it wasn’t for the pleasant staff and great location of the hotel I wouldn’t have enjoyed my stay.
Pros:

Proximity of the location from Convention Center was Great!
Staff members were so helpful and friendly.
Shower water pressure and temperature were amazing!

Cons:

Room was supposed to fit six but didn’t. Sofa bed is a child twin size mattress.
Beds were supposed to be queens but I’m 5 2 in a half and my feet were at the foot.
Breakfast wasn’t necessarily fresh…. Eggs were cold and fruit salad was sour… suggestion remove mandarin oranges from the salad.

As good as expected.
Pros:

Room was excellent. Staff were great. Breakfast was so so but cannot expect more in a complimentary breakfast. Very little choice for evening meal.

Rooms were great! Location poor, nothing nesrby. Grounds are overgrown
