An incredibly cool hotel with a stylish, laid-back design - you feel at home the moment you arrive. Great breakfast and a quiet location.

Prima om een nacht te verblijven op doorreis naar Spanje

Perfecte locatie vlakbij het strand en centrum. Rituals zeep/ shampoo.

Cons:

Bij aankomst een beetje onvriendelijke ontvangst omdat de dame niet wist dat we een parkeerplaats ‘‘s ochtends nog gereserveerd hadden. Later bij check-in andere dame die wel vriendelijk was.

On the positive side, the breakfast was good, with a decent selection and good quality food.
Lobby looks nice.

Cons:

This hotel feels like a 3-star property, yet the price is far too high for what it offers.

The biggest issues were the room itself. There was only one power outlet, which is simply not enough nowadays. There were also USB-A ports, but who still uses USB-A in 2026? Charging multiple devices was very inconvenient.

The room was also very small, with barely enough space to fully open a suitcase. Another problem was the lack of a heated towel rail. Towels never dried properly, which made the room feel damp, and even our clothes became slightly humid.

The windows were noticeably dirty, which spoiled the overall impression.

Overall, this hotel does not offer good value for money.

Nice hotel to stay at Biarritz but very poor service.
Pros:

The hotel is conveniently located and offers comfortable bedrooms.

Cons:

Staff at the front desk are rude and very incompetent. Especially a lady called Valery who at first said there were no parking available and then charged us twice for 1 night knowing that it was prepaid through booking and unfortunately after 2 days the refund is still pending.
