Pros:

bonne situation géographique qui permets de se déplacer à pied en coeur de ville, parking à coté de l'hotel partagé avec la résidence pierre et vacances

Cons:

petit déjeuner débordé (tout l'hotel est descendu à la même heure... pas de bol)

Sehr freundliches Personal!!! Das Zimmer war sauber und praktisch eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war qualitativ gut. Die Lage ist für das Erkunden der Stadt ideal. Ein typisches AKENA Hotel - seinen Preis mehr als wert.

La propiedad está bien, en general! Muy buena ubicación y los cuartos están bien, el hotel es muy bonito .

Cons:

Lamentablemente el staff fue muy poco amigable.
El check in comenzaba a las 2 pm y no fue hasta las 5 que tuvieron las habitaciones listas. Además, no querían respetar nuestra reservación ya que no tenían lo que nosotros habíamos reservado, argumentando que estaban llenos y que dieron nuestras habitaciones a otras personas. Al final, logramos hacer que nos dieran lo que habíamos reservado pero no fue fácil y una de las personas era cero flexible. Al final nos solucionaron pero lamentablemente se nos fue casi todo el día en eso… (parece ser que no tenían un muy buen control/ orden de las reservas)
