Location was great
Close to down town
I'm not sure if the in-season price is worth it, given that this location is on a highway and fairly noisy, but it was a good deal in April. The room was fine, with a nice supply of in-room coffee, shampoo, lotion, etc. It was just a short drive to Portsmouth and there was easy access to the road to Maine, my destination. I didn't see where the pool was (it would be closed in April anyway) and did not try the breakfast. I appreciated the in-room coffee in the morning.
The room was a bit noisy, but suppose that can't be helped on a highway. They put me right next to the office, for some reason (they were not filled) so some rolling suitcase noise outside as well.
The location is right off the highway and very easy to get to. The parking is good, and almost directly in front of our room. The beds were very comfortable.
The nightstand outlets were not working.
We were getting on the bus to Boston early and it was close to the bus station
Nothing it was good
Staff were great. I left an item in my room after checking out and they found it and held on to it until I could return.
I enjoyed the cleanliness and overall setup of the Inn
Nothing
Breakfast was rather basic but the staff were extremely friendly and helpful...especially Annie. Our room was very comfortable and the location was perfect.
Breakfast could have been better.
The room set up was great , separated room
Everything was fine
Not much.
The suite we reserved was on 2nd floor off lobby up a narrow staircase. I asked if they had any on ground level, they said no and then offered me a studio on ground level. If I’d known the suites were only in 2nd floor I wouldn’t have booked, my husband had mobility issues. I was charged for a suite but ended up in the studio with no credit for price difference. The host said it was a $3 difference in price 🤔 still no credit applied.
Toller Service!
Alles super.
