Easy check in and out
very outdated and bathroom not very clean
Close to downtown, Friendly staff, CLEAN room, LOVED the suite option so we could spread out. And it was affordable! My kids loved the pool, it was heated and lights for after dark! So so cool. Wished we could have stayed longer. The breakfast was fresh, many options and good!
Nothing!
Location
Staff weren’t helpful, breakfast was minimal, room was full of flies
The worst part was that check in was at 3 and yet our room wasn’t ready until 5:30
Unacceptable as we then lost 2.5 hours of our stay and wanted to rest after a long travel day.
The staff were a highpoint. The front desk person (Nikola?) was charming, personable and helpful, and the breakfast helper was lovely.
Traveling with grandchildren made the swimming pool a wonderful asset. The double room was small for for 2 adults and 2 kids, but clean and sufficient.
Breakfast was only ok, mostly prepackaged, not the homemade spread some hotels manage.
Tha second stairway to the pool (not through the lobby) was dark and dingy and meant even more time crossing parking lots.
Our hopes were very high for this motel and sadly immediately disappointed.
Pros: Staff was friendly. Quiet. Close to amenities.
Cons: There was what looked like animal waste in the walkway that never got cleaned during our entire stay. Everyone walking by would step on it and it made me cringe for what was supposed to be a relaxing trip. The interior room was as clean as it could probably be but very rundown despite photos. We discovered cockroaches on our final night which was very disturbing and a first for us. We spent our last day making sure there were none hitching a ride with us home. I actually cried because this was our first trip for a while and I spent it feeling anxious.
Conclusion: I would strongly suggest cleaning walkways daily at any motel. I've never been anywhere that this wasn't standard maintenance. The room itself visually looked mostly clean but cockroaches are always a sign of a problem that needs addressing. We are middle aged and that was legitimately our first encounter with cockroaches.
Es limpio
Si te quedas en las habitaciones de abajo, se oyen todo el tiempo los pasos de los que están en las habitaciones de arriba; entonces, a la hora de dormir, es muy incómodo.
Everything
Overall was nice. I really liked the lady in charge of the breakfast very sweet. Oh yeah, the pool is warm!!!
We were at the end where it looks like they put their junk; it was no pleasent to see at all.
