This is a three star motel with a nice bed
Pros:

The bed was the most comfortable bed that we had of the 5 hotels that we stayed in.

Cons:

There is a lot of maintenance needed on this motel. There are people living in the hotel long term. This is not the situation that a visitor wants to vacation in. When we entered our room, two of the windows were open. The bathroom window was broken out of its tracks. We were able to get it back in and secured it with the window lock. You had everything that is going on around your room, inside and out. The photos of this place do not appear to be recent. If they are, the photographer should get a medal.

Pros:

Good location, comfortable bed

Cons:

Could hear every step from the bedroom upstairs, breakfast with very few options and only industrialized items.
The AC is very noisy

Staff was great, but property old, ignored and janky.
Pros:

The price, nice front desk staff.

Cons:

It’s worn down, kinda smelly, not maintained well. Our door looked like it had been beat with a battering ram and painted over!

Great option if you want to visit Portsmouth
Pros:

It is just outside Portsmouth (unfortunately no way to go walking even though it is a short distance), staff was super helpful, the room was fantastic - great bed which is not something I've encountered in many inns during this trip. Overall I have nothing to say bad to say about the place

Very good stay
Pros:

Nice place to stay, close to the street but very comfortable.
The staff is super frinedly and kind and they serve a good breakfast.
