I enjoyed the cleanliness and overall setup of the Inn
Nothing
Breakfast was rather basic but the staff were extremely friendly and helpful...especially Annie. Our room was very comfortable and the location was perfect.
Breakfast could have been better.
The room set up was great , separated room
Everything was fine
Not much.
The suite we reserved was on 2nd floor off lobby up a narrow staircase. I asked if they had any on ground level, they said no and then offered me a studio on ground level. If I’d known the suites were only in 2nd floor I wouldn’t have booked, my husband had mobility issues. I was charged for a suite but ended up in the studio with no credit for price difference. The host said it was a $3 difference in price 🤔 still no credit applied.
Toller Service!
Alles super.
We were just doing a quick overnight to get away from our house. The staff was very nice and the location was situated about a mile outside of the core of the tourist area so that worked for us as we were able to get a walk to and from that area.
Several things. This place like many of these motel type places are always a work in progress so there is always something needing paint or upkeep, etc. Examples: Our front door shut and locked so we were mostly secure but you could see that the door did not line up completely and you could see outside into the parking lot in several areas, maybe an 1/8 inch gap but the doors should shut solid. In the shower there had been some caulking done to seal up some seams but the shower was a beige typs color and the silicone used was white so it looked very hack like there is not a lot of thought put into the presentation of the property.
The room seemed quite austere with little feeling of softness probably because of the simulated wood floor. The room was clean and the bed comfortable.
The bathroom was cold particularly the floor, perhaps understandable as it was near zero degrees outside. Also the in-wall heating unit cycled on and off which would have bothered our sleep if we had not turned it off altogether,
Breakfast was nice. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Very welcoming. The room was clean and the location was perfect for our needs!
The bathroom was really small. We were told we were "upgraded" to a suite with a kitchen but I would have rather had the room with the larger bathroom and not the kitchen
I liked that it was close drive to the beaches
The first morning we woke up to "no electricity due to a storm " yet the ac unit was still going but nothing else. Lights didn't work, etc. Couldn't get ready for the day there. They said the electricity went due to a storm but when I went outside nothing liked wet. They never apologized, just had excuses. It was a decent nice and clean place just was bummed about the electricity thing the 1st morning there.
Annie was a gem! Always keeping everything stocked and sanitized. If you can't give her a five spot than no one in this world deserves a tip. She ROCKS
