Pros:

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt im Hotel Mansart! Die Lage ist unschlagbar – super zentral und perfekt, um Paris zu Fuß zu erkunden.

Schon beim Check-in wurden wir positiv überrascht: Wir haben ein kostenloses Upgrade erhalten und wurden zusätzlich mit einer Flasche Champagner begrüßt – ein wirklich besonderer Start in unseren Aufenthalt.

Besonders hervorheben möchten wir auch den tollen Service: Das Frühstück konnte ohne Aufpreis aufs Zimmer bestellt werden, was den Morgen unglaublich entspannt gemacht hat.

Das gesamte Team war aufmerksam, freundlich und hat dafür gesorgt, dass wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt haben.

Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können dieses Hotel von Herzen weiterempfehlen!

Konumu iyi, odalar küçük ve karanlık.
Pros:

Konumu çok iyi. Yatak konforluydu. Fakat oda beklediğimden çok daha küçük ve karanlıktı. Personel tatlıydı.

Cons:

Oda çok çok küçüktü. Odanın tek penceresi minicikti ve binaların avlusuna bakıyordu. Fotoğraflardaki gibi geniş pencere ve caddeye bakan bir manzara göreceğini düşünürken tam bir hayal kırıklığı oldu. Hem küçük hem aydınlık olmayan bir odaydı. Otel terliği yoktu.

We loved this hotel and will stay again
Pros:

We loved it all. The staff at the reception counter were outstanding, very kind and welcoming. We were given an upgraded room, it was so large and comfortable we felt very at home. The bathroom was spacious and so beautiful with beautiful bath products. Everything was more than we expected. Thank you

Hôtel vraiment au top..!! Service digne d’un 5 étoiles, avec une attention remarquable de toute l’équipe. Mention spéciale à la manager, toujours à l’écoute et qui a su trouver des solutions rapidement! c’est rare et très apprécié.

Je recommande vivement, et nous reviendrons sans hésiter lors de notre prochain passage à Paris.

Perfect location right in the heart of Paris. What really made the stay special, though, was the staff - so friendly and welcoming. And of course, a welcome bottle of champagne was a lovely surprise and the perfect way to start our trip.

Superior Staff & Quiet Hotel in a Great Location
Pros:

The hotel is well appointed and service was excellent. We had an issue, and Nuntida went over and above to make things right. I couldn't have asked for a better outcome. I was also impressed on how quiet the hotel was, in spite of the level of street noise outside of our room. Once you closed the window, you heard nothing. Breakfast was comprehensive and delicious.
