We checked in around 4:30 pm and at 6 pm noticed bed bugs crawling in the bed . The commode was soaked in urine and had not been cleaned . The manager/ owner refuses a refund and said it was not bed bugs and offered another room, which we did. It accept

Oh, where do I even begin with this dreadful place? The bathroom was an absolute nightmare—a vile scene straight out of a horror story! There was poop smeared all over the walls and splattered across the floor like some grotesque modern art. The stench alone could make a strong person faint! And as if that wasn’t enough to send me running for the hills, the hotel was infested with enormous kissing bugs crawling everywhere, their creepy little legs skittering across every surface. I felt like I was trapped in some sort of nightmare from which there was no escape. I beg you, dear reader, never, ever set foot in this wretched establishment. It was a filthy, revolting experience that has left me shaken to my core. Stay far, far away unless you want your soul to be scarred forever! 😭💔😱

I’ve been staying here for about two weeks now best room service I’ve seen fast and very sweet people that work here 10/10

Checked in and left for meeting, on return, found air not cooling, ice box not working and stunk when opened, floor filthy, hot water cut off at sink, turned valve open it leaked when turned on, cut back off. Stopper in sink did not work. Linen on bed stained holes in sheets, pillows stained and stunk. I loaded my stuff and checked out. Advised desk ckerk of problems response ill check it out.

Definitely needs updated pictures. I completed my stay but would never stay here again for the price we paid. Sad!

We booked a room for the night and did not stay in it. One bed was at a slant, scratches all over the floor, curtains had rips/cuts in them, there was a noodle on the window trim, stains on the bedding… could definitely use some TLC.

Made reservations online, got to hotel, rooms were disgusting, staff were rude, management not available, no options given to fix the situation.

Room stinks or cigarettes, lights don't work, dirty forks on the floor

When we got there we had to wait 15 minutes before anyone came to the front desk.
We got to the room and there was no hand towel. There were cigarette burns in the top bed cover and one of the bed side lamps didn’t work. I could deal with all this. But the next morning we went to get the breakfast, we had to ask the front desk attendant if there was breakfast, (this was after 6:00) and she said she had been up all night and had to do paperwork. When she finally brought out breakfast there was only mini bagels, toast and butter and some cereal. No cream cheese or anything with protein and no fruit. I was toasting a bagel (only part of the toaster worked) I killed 2 German roaches on the counter coming out of the toaster.
Back in the room there was nothing in the bathtub to prevent slipping and my husband was using the foot towel as a hand towel while he was shaving. I ended up slipping and falling in the bathtub since there was nothing to cover the slick bathtub or the floor.
And I wish I had taken pics.

If I could rate this place anything lower I would. It was very disgusting. To begin with the hotel clerk to the room. I choose this hotel due to being the closest after a wedding. And upon arrival the room was a mess. Beds had dirty sheets the room smelled nasty had a humid smell. And what really made me leave was the bed bugs. I asked for refund the hotel clerk was very rude.

Mold in shower. Stained bedding. Dirty floor and counter tops. Bathroom light flickered. Nasty microwave. Molded fridge. I itched the ENTIRE time I was there nonstop. When i asked to leave they said I had already checked in for the night that i was stuck with the room. Room 210!

Ac not working well. The comforters had big stains on them. Water damage in room that had not been fixed yet. It was so bad we just left and didn't even stay there and had to go somewhere else. And the room was non refundable so we paid $100. for nothing.

Enjoyed the stay everything was perfect and peaceful

I didn't like the run down shape of the property. Stained towels, no hand towels.
