The best hotel yet.
Pros:

The location, the moment you're outside you're just surrounded by so many things to do. The hotel was very quiet, we could even keep the window open and didn't hear a peep. I would definitely love to stay here again! Not to mention how sweet the staff are, the lady that checked us in was an absolute sweet heart. Also there are so many cats around the hotel!! I absolutely loved that.

Cons:

The only thing I didn't like was that they got rid of the hot tub 😔 I was so excited to relax in the tub but honestly the pool made up for it, the pool was so warm and clean!!

Convenient to have laundry facilities
Pros:

They have a laundry room, which is why we have stayed in the past. The coffee was decent.

Cons:

Breakfast sandwich was subpar. If we stay here again, we will go out for breakfast instead. The property really needs to be updated, with worn and dirty looking carpet. However, I think the room itself was clean.

Was listed pet friendly, not upfront about fees or weight limit. Breakfast was a dried out mess with no liquid. Floor outside the bathroom was soft, floor coming up. Not a pleasant experience, will not recommend it.

This was a mediocre room at a premium price.

good hotel, very comfortable bed, quiet, and friendly staff. Breakfast left me wanting.

Cons:

The breakfast was barely minimal. You could select one item from the menu. Breakfast burrito was good, but very small. Ended up going to get more breakfast elsewhere.
