We came to experience the Tillamook Factory and coastal area, and The Ashley was acceptable.
Pros:

We ordered the breakfast sandwich; it was good. The staff was friendly. The lobby was nice. The water pressure in shower was good!

Cons:

I know you are in process of renovation, so please take my comments as constructive criticism. The lighting in the main part of room needs improvement. The pillows weren't very good at all. The bathroom fan was non-existent? I didn't like only having Roku on the TV; local cable TV would be better.

Nice friendly motel.
Pros:

Comfortable. Coffee available 24/7. A pool, I’ve used in the past. Did not this time. Delicious breakfast. Friendly, helpful staff.

Not great sleep
Pros:

We spent one night. The staff were friendly and the breakfast item was great as we were headed out fishing. The room was clean.

Cons:

In spite of 2 layers of blinds the room was not dark enough for sleeping due to the light from the front of the property. The bed wasn't particularly comfortable.

Not for people with pets and the breakfast is a joke.
Pros:

The location was fine. Staff was great.

Cons:

The hotel is not pet friendly. More like pet tolerant. $50 per night and 20# or less dogs only.
The breakfast was a choice of burritos, English muffin sandwich or just a muffin. Picture of four inch burrito below.
There was a trip hazard in every room where the tile drops down to fake wood floor.
Not enough outlets for people with cpaps.

Location is good, next to the Fred Myers. Very close to major area.
Room was very spacious. TV service good with most premium channels.

Cons:

Offered breakfast which entailed pre-order of a 4 selection menu. A bagged sandwich or burrito.

The best hotel yet.
Pros:

The location, the moment you're outside you're just surrounded by so many things to do. The hotel was very quiet, we could even keep the window open and didn't hear a peep. I would definitely love to stay here again! Not to mention how sweet the staff are, the lady that checked us in was an absolute sweet heart. Also there are so many cats around the hotel!! I absolutely loved that.

Cons:

The only thing I didn't like was that they got rid of the hot tub 😔 I was so excited to relax in the tub but honestly the pool made up for it, the pool was so warm and clean!!

Convenient to have laundry facilities
Pros:

They have a laundry room, which is why we have stayed in the past. The coffee was decent.

Cons:

Breakfast sandwich was subpar. If we stay here again, we will go out for breakfast instead. The property really needs to be updated, with worn and dirty looking carpet. However, I think the room itself was clean.

Was listed pet friendly, not upfront about fees or weight limit. Breakfast was a dried out mess with no liquid. Floor outside the bathroom was soft, floor coming up. Not a pleasant experience, will not recommend it.
