Reasonably spacious room and comfortable bed.
Terrible breakfast food, laggy slow WiFi, terrible in-room lighting, cold showers some mornings. These things are all entry level requirements for a business hotel and "conference center".
I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel.
The staff were unhelpful and didn’t seem to care about guests’ concerns at all. My bed was broken, and I couldn’t sleep the entire night because of it. I reported the issue, and they told me they would replace it, but they never did.
The hotel was also very noisy, making it even harder to get any rest. We were staying as two guests, but the room only had one blanket, which was very inconvenient.
Overall, the staff took no responsibility for any of the problems, and their attitude was unprofessional and unfriendly. I would not recommend staying here.

Close to an appointment we had in Kelowna.
They overbooked, couldn’t honour my reservation and left us on the streets for the night.

The hotel don’t have my booking, I tried to contact, called them, they told me to ask booking.com. We emailed them, no response. Not helpful.
We were upgraded into King size bed room for free without asking. Staff was very nice. Free breakfast was solid.
Hotel is not in the best location. There is literally nothing to do around. Despite the hotel has airport in its name they do not provide a shuttle to the guests.
