The room was absolutely beautiful very spacious.
The front desk worker when we checked in was extremely rude. She didnt greet us put her finger up when we came to the desk. She wasn't even on the phone. Not a present experience with her. The bed was so old over 20 years im sure and so uncomfortable. There was dog hair all over the floor ( we didnt have a pet)

They had one of the better rates for the one night I was looking for and they had a really good breakfast. Scrambled eggs, sausages, fruit, cereal, toast, good selection included in the price
Confusion at the front desk during my check-in, they got me mixed up with somebody else. That took about 5 to 10 minutes to get straightened out.

Person at check in said no upgrade available because I booked with Booking.com.
I offered to pay for the upgrade of course but she said nothing was available.
Staff did not care to be bothered with looking into it. The was hotel was at a very low occupancy.
Location. Decently cleaned.
Bathroom sink smell. Build of calcium stains and rust on over shower head. Visible stain noted on love seats.
We like the comfy bed and clean room and the breakfast was very good

Achei que os funcionários da recepção não foram nada receptivos. Quando cheguei a noite e cansado, a funcionária não encontrou minha reserva feita aqui pelo Booking, sendo que bastava procurar direito, pois estava la. Notei uma grande má vontade em me receber. Ela também não me instruiu adequadamente sobre o café da manhã. Sei que todos temos dias ruins, mas creio que um hotel até pode ter defeito na cama, no chuveiro ou seja la onde for, mas de forma alguma pode ter funcionários indiferentes como os da recepçao deste local. Por isso, não fiquei satisfeito. Alias, o café da manhã também é bem fraco, engana bobo.
