Cons:

At checkout agent didn't even say once thank you or any thing. I also work as fronr desk in hotel so i was surprised by this kind of checkout service

Perfect place to get a good sleep before a busy day. Breakfast was good as well.
Pros:

Very clean and comfortable. Perfect location to attend appointments at Peter Lougheed hospital.

Pros:

I was going to pay with a gift card. They took the card, processed the transaction on the computer, but said the payment wasn't processed. Then I gave them another card, and they processed the payment from there. They took $250 from my gift card without my knowledge. I called them and they said they didn't do it. I will file a complaint.

Excellent hotel and staff.
Pros:

Great staff. Very helpful and courteous. Full breakfast was excellent. Room was comfortable and quiet.

Cons:

Could add more lighting to parking area. Elevator is a bit slow.

Was very good. Will definitely try stay there again.
Pros:

It was much above our expectation for the price we paid. The most comfortable bed. Ample sitting room and chairs. Very good selection of food for breakfast.
Will definitely try book there again.

Cons:

The only complaint would be the prices of food and drinks in the lounge.
