Emplacement parfait mais prestation très décevante

Emplacement près du centre de Kapaa
Plage à proximité et prêt de chaises et serviettes

Très déçus du rapport qualité prix et de l attention clientèle !
Nous avons une chambre où la salle de bains est limite insalubre (porte papier wc complètement rouillé ainsi que le bas de la baignoire + porte salle de bains toute abîmée et en sale état )… pour 2020€ par nuit!!!!
Nous y restions 7 nuits: chambre qui sent le renferme, sombre et pas nette du tout!
Nous y étions pour mes 50 ans: AUCUNE attention de m hotel, même pas un petit mot pour souhaiter mon anniversaire… rien!
Au départ on ne nous a pas demandé si nous étions satisfait… ce qu on fait normalement dans un « hôtel « .
Après une nuit nous sommes allés leur exprimer notre mécontentement avec photos à l’appui ! Le manager a accepté de nous changer de chambre et nous avons eu la vue mer. Rien à voir: chambre plus grande, vue mer top et salle de bains correcte. MAIS attention : cet hôtel a réellement besoin d un rafraîchissement… même la chambre vue mer est vieillotte et depassee…

Franchement : déçus du séjour…ménage de la chambre pas fait du tout sur la semaine sauf une fois car on l a demandé…

We loved our stay here.
Pros:

Great location, it is right on the beach. The staff offered beach chairs, pool towels, and other amenities for free (as available). Comfortable bed and good air conditioning.

Cons:

There is a lot of traffic in this area of the island and it was often really congested. We had to add on extra time to go anywhere.

A very expensive stop.
Pros:

The banana bread in the morning was amazing, that was nice of them to offer that.

Cons:

There was garbage piled up in the hallways that was falling out of bags, and it stank of garbage. The other guests were really loud and the partying type, it was not relaxing.

Was not informed about the situation I had to go through.
Cons:

No TV wifi kept going off every 10 min. I got So frustrated so I just turned it off. And I didn't get a chance to tell front desk about compensation.

Excellent value for the price! Perfect location steps from the beach and very nice staff!
Pros:

Excellent location with parking! Steps from the beach, and very close to excellent breakfast options, including the restaurant on site. The room has great AC and a little balcony. Good beach towels available and friendly staff. Easy check in after hours with a key code.

Potentiel, mais hotel vieillissant
Pros:

Hôtel qui a du potentiel, bien situé près du centre-ville de Kapaa, en bord de mer, piste cyclable et au centre de toutes les excursions.
Belle piscine.
Dommage.

Cons:

Hôtel désuet, vieux mobilier, moquette.
Propreté limite (cheveux dans la baignoire, chaussettes sales retrouvées sur la moquette, linge de lit jauni, échantillons de shampoing retrouvés vides …). Pas de service de ménage quotidien.
WIFI ko pendant mon séjour. Piscine fermée pendant 1 journée. Vélos rouillés qui déraillent.
Frigo et micro-ondes mais pas de vaisselle et couverts.
Personnel pas particulièrement aidant.
Chambre économique sur rue, très bruyante.

The location was great and the staff was very friendly
Pros:

The location and the pool. The restaurant served up good breakfast.

Cons:

the homeless on the county side. They didn’t bother us but not good to see. There were a couple that did come thru the property but the maintenance guy was keeping an eye out on them to make sure they keep walking off the property. Also it seemed that some families lived there but not sure. It would be nice to know that there are maybe some apts there that house local families if that’s the case???
