When you're taking a shower, the water runs out, the sheets aren't changed, the rooms and bathrooms are badly damaged, with loose, broken tiles. Nothing like what the photos show.

Did notice that when taking a shower the water shuts off and have to wait 2-3 minutes for water to come back on, but other than that Hotel is nice and quite staff is friendly.

The property is amazing experience for the family, the pool is temperature controlled great for the kids. The staff is a small group and all very kind and helpful people.
The price are the best in juarez unlike other hotels

The property was clean, the staff was attentive, excellent breakfast. The only complaint I have is the air conditioning is very loud, fortunately for us it wasn’t too hot in Juarez. I could only turn the air conditioning on for a few minutes to change the air. I wouldn’t be able to sleep with it on all night. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was very loud too.
