Frühstück ausgezeichnet!

Cons:

Das Essen im Restaurant war eher enttäuschend, man hat sich jedoch bemüht unsere Reklamation anzuerkennen.

Överraskning i Saarbrücken
Pros:

Väldigt bra bemött av hjälpsam personal. Välkomstgodis till vår hund (som bodde gratis). Mycket fina promenad möjligheter i anslutning till hotellet. Vacker trädgård och lugnt beläget. Verkligen omfattande frukost som var väl värd sitt pris.

Vi återkommer gärna.

Pros:

Ik heb hier al meerdere keren overnacht omdat het goed bevalt. fijne kamer, heerlijk ontbijt.
Supervriendelijk personeel. Ik had deze keer een kamer aan de parkzijde. Heerlijk rustig en uitzicht op het park.
Gratis parkeren is ook wel fijn.

Goed bed, leuk uitzicht op park. Ontbijt met goede koffie.

Cons:

Airco werd node gemist, het was nl. bloedheet. Er was wel een ventilator maar dat was niet voldoende.

Onze bestelling in het restaurant kwam niet door bij de keuken. Dit werd niet opgemerkt door het personeel, dus daar moesten we zelf achteraan.

Pros:

Leider sind nicht alle Zimmer mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Da die Temperaturen täglich bei etwa 38 Grad und darüber lagen, war es im Zimmer ohne Klimaanlage entsprechend sehr heiß.
Besonders hervorheben möchten wir jedoch das Personal an der Rezeption, das stets bemüht war, eine Lösung zu finden. Nach zwei Tagen konnten wir schließlich in ein Zimmer mit Klimaanlage umziehen – vielen Dank dafür!

Personal sehr hilfsbereit, schönes Ambiente, sehr gutes Essen im Restaurant, gutes Frühstückbüfett, gratis Parkplatz,

Sehr gutes Hotel für ein Wochenende in Saarbrücken
Pros:

Frühstück ist sehr gut, genügend Auswahl, allein die Rühreier sind in in einer riesen Menge bereit gestellt und dementsprechend hart, wenn man etwas später dran kommt --> kleinere Mengen und öfter nachfüllen.
Guter Kaffee und viele Säfte :-).
Doppelbett etwas schmal aber 4 Kissen und 2 Bettdecken, sodass es für beide reicht. Strasse vor dem Hotel wird Abends teilweise zum posen benutzt (Autos und Motorräder). wir haben für 10 Euro Aufpreis ein Zimmer zum Park bekommen.

Cons:

Hotel ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen (Türen / Schränke / Mobiliar aus den 90er) aber Preis incl. Frühstück ist fair.

vrijwel niets

Cons:

40 graden, geen airco, terwijl het een zogenaamde "Classic" kamer was. Vrijwel zelfde prijs als de kamer die ik een week daarvoor had op de 4e etage, waar wel airco was. Het was niet om uit te houden. Buitengewoon onprettige ontvangst, geen begrip van de receptioniste. Onvriendelijk en niet behulpzaam. Nam geen verantwoordelijkheid en stuurde ons door naar Booking.com. Besloten in de ochtend heel vroeg weg te gaan, vóór het ontbijt. Had ontbijt wel gereserveerd, maar moest dat toch betalen voor twee personen. Ik kom er nooit meer terug.
