Es hat mir trotz dieser Nachteile gefallen!insgesamt gefallen, aber Zimmer eher 3Sterne- keine 5Sterne

Umgebung- Hotel im allgemein zugänglichen Bereich sehr ansprechend!

Cons:

Die Zimmer- insbes. Badezimmer dringend überholungsbedürftig, da Einrichtung veraltet und auch Wasserhähne schwer zu betätigen! Toi zu niedrig- Wanne zum Ausstieg zu hoch!!

Für uns war das kein Fünfsternehotel. Ich würde Ihnen vier Sterne geben.

Wellness bei euch war gut, Schwimmbad war gut

Das man als Gast einen Tisch bestellen muss wo drei Restaurants zur Auswahl stehen sollten waren nur 2 offen. Hätte gerne im drei Sterne Restaurant, wo ein Spitzenkoch ist, gerne gegessen aber der Koch brauchte eine Kreativpause., das kenne ich aber in einem Fünf Sterne Hotel anders, für Gäste war immer ein Tisch da. Bei uns in der Suite ging der Griff von der Terrassentüre los. Meine Frau konnte die Tür nicht öffnen, ohne dass die Tür schräg hing. Habe das am gleichen Tag noch reklamiert und wurde uns versprochen, dass es am nächsten Morgen erledigt wurde. Nach drei Tagen war das immer noch nicht erledigt..

Die Lage neben einem der besten Restaurants der Welt. Freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Beim Frühstück zu wenig Auswahl. Qualität eher Standard. Zu wenig Servicepersonal. Einrichtung nicht ganz zeitgemäß.

Wohnen wie im Königspalast im römischem Stil
Pros:

Das sehr nette Personal, das Essen, der Service, der Ausblick. Jeder Moment in dieses Hotel war, als wenn man von königlicher Abstammung wäre.

Hotel sehr gut Mitarbeiter fleißig und hilfsbereit. Essen in der Scheune und im Bacchus waren top .Der Pool und Ruhe Bereich sehr gut ..Zimmer war sehr gut und Bett sehr bequem.

Cons:

Nichts wäre jammern auf Hohen Niveau.

Luxurious, peaceful country retreat in winery region
Pros:

Fantastic buffet breakfast.
Lovely decorated room, very comfortable.
Loved the quiet area, perfect for a restful night. Nice gardens and nearby vinyards just to take a relaxed stroll.
Good location close to the Mosel and all the region has to offer.

Will stay again and next time for longer!

Cons:

Nothing not to like.

Wished we could stay longer to use the wellness and pool facilities.
