Pros:

Beautiful hotel in a perfect location. Hotel is walking distance to some of the main sites of Paris, and great train access for the airport. It is right in the centre of a bustling area of great restaurants but the hotel is in a quiet location. The rooms are clean and comfortable with air con too! The staff are so friendly and helpful - they went out of their way to help. Would definitely recommend!

Pros:

Pésima experiencia para un hotel 4 estrellas. Me asignaron una habitación en primer piso donde veía permanentemente a indigentes sentados enfrente sin poder abrir las ventanas, escuchando sus conversaciones y mirando constantemente para adentro. El segundo día a las 8 hs avisé que el inodoro estaba tapado hasta arriba, a las 14:30 hs seguía igual obviamente sin poder usar el baño, ante lo cual el mismo señor que me hizo el check-in —que intenta ser amable pero de forma forzada y poco sincera— me dijo que hiciera lo que quisiera, que ya lo iban a solucionar. Esa noche se trabó el botón de la ducha y el recepcionista "temporario" se negó a subir a ayudarme diciendo que era un mecanismo fácil, teniendo que destrabarlo yo misma haciendo muchísima fuerza y con una toalla (aunque aparentemente envió a alguien a la habitación mientras me bañaba y no lo escuché). El desayuno no es gran cosa. Lo peor es que el señor del check-in, sabiendo todo esto desde el primer momento, no hizo nada para mejorar mi estadía, y si no hubiese hablado con Dany (del turno noche), el gerente nunca se hubiese enterado. Agradezco a la señora del desayuno y especialmente a Dany, quien al escucharme intervino con el gerente. El gerente ni bien se enteró se ocupó amablemente y me cambió de habitación, pero lo importante hubiese sido no tener que llegar a esa instancia tras estar cuatro días incómoda.

My wife and I with our 10 year old son enjoyed our stay and would recommend it!
Pros:

The location was perfect. This boutique hotel checked all the right boxes friendly, attentive, assist with anything and welcoming. The air conditioner was amazing during the hot weather when we arrived it kept our room perfect after a hot day of exploring the city. Hotel breakfast was also delicious to start the day!

Cons:

These were minor and I guess expected with international travel. The bathtub was taller than expected for my wife being on the shorter side, it was an adjustment for her, again minor. The hotel is in a quiet alley but you can get lively people expressing themselves loudly while trying to sleep. Luckily hotel staff was able to get them moving along. This only happened one night the three nights we stayed and not a bad reflection on the hotel

Our stay was delightful!
Pros:

So close to cafes and the Medieval museum.
Our rooms were cleaned daily.
The staff was wonderful.
The staff arranged for a driver to take us to the train station.

Cons:

As all Paris hotels, the rooms were small.

Es war ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt, den wir sehr genossen haben.
Pros:

Die Lage war sensationell. Es war zentral und doch sehr ruhig. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Dad Personal äusserst zuvorkommend und nett.

Pros:

Ma mère, ma tante (Sr. Catherine) et moi loved this hotel. This is a beautiful hotel located in the Latin quarter. The staff are friendly, helpful and very welcoming. From the moment we walked in, up until the end of our stay the service was simply amazing.
The rooms are very clean, spacious and has a lovely view of the nearby Church of Saint Sèverin which adds to the charm of this hotel.
The hotel is located in a quite street, but very close to a lot of attractions. Walking distance to the Notre-Dame Cathedral and to the Louvre museum. You can also use the Metro trains and buses which are also close to the hotel.

Highly recommend will definitely go back again. 🙂

Superb hotel, great location
Pros:

Lovely staff, great breakfast, fabulous location and our balcony had amazing views from Notre Dame to Eiffel Tower

Cons:

Apart from lift breakdown (thankfully fixed in less than an hour), really nothing we didn't like. Truly lovely hotel
