Destaco a acolhida dos funcionários Carolina e Ancelmo que nos deram informações preciosas para além da simpatia de ambos. Bernadete que trabalha no café da manhã é um espetáculo. O café da manhã é gostoso também. Hotel muito bem localizado.

Very well air conditioned which is especially important with the heat. We received excellent information and a warm welcome and champagne from Ludovic at the front desk. He recommended several restaurants and made a reservation for us. Uber cannot drop off in front of the hotel as it is on a smaller side street. This makes it a bit tricky with luggage, but also quieter. I highly recommend. We had a superior room, which was very good size for two of us. Our room was located on the side of the hotel facing the church. Spectacular view! We chose to have breakfast included and were happy with the offering.

Nice sized room. Fridge actually chilled drinks to a cool temperature. Staff were very helpful. We had an early departure and pastries were put in a bag for us for breakfast. Fabulous location.

The location was very convenient to Notre Dame, dining options, and other tourist attractions. Our room had wonderful air conditioning!

The location

This was our fourth consecutive visit to Parc St. Severin. We never book anywhere else in Paris since discovering the hotel several years ago and we have probably been to Paris ten times.

We love the location and care they take for each and every guest.

Ludovic is a star! Upon arrival he will expertly welcome you and spend any amount of time making sure everything is perfect. He has a wealth of knowledge on everything going on in Paris and is happy to make great suggestions, that you can totally trust.

The morning breakfast is a total treat and a perfect way to start the day. We walked in excess of 20,000 steps every of the five days we were in Paris fueled by our breakfasts.

The hostess is gracious and very welcoming. I'm sorry not to provide her name.

We will be returning to Parc St. Severin on our next trip to Paris.

We loved our stay at Parc Saint-Severin! We arrived early morning after an overnight flight from the US. The staff was fabulous! Even though we weren't due to check-in until the afternoon, they provided us with a beautiful place to sit, and brought us fresh croissants, coffee, and water! We were able to check our luggage; they gave us a book with great Paris recommendations; then off we were to explore for the day! Upon our return to check-in, they had our luggage already delivered to our rooms! We stayed two wonderful nights! The location is amazing! We wanted to explore old bookstores; there is a wonderful one across the street from the hotel. And Shakespeare and Company is around the corner! Notre Dame is around the corner too!! If we ever have a chance to return to Paris, Parc Saint-Severin will be our first choice for place to stay!! Thank you to everyone who made our stay perfect!!
